Shady Customer Service

I was shipped the incorrect filter even though the model number search showed a match. I tried to return the product but was not responded to via support email after two attempts over 10 days. No other method of contacting support online. Seems like I am going to be stuck with 3 filters that I have no use for.

Floor ruined

Bought 3 of these filters for a Samsung Fridge. Installed and after a few days had water leaking from front side of fridge intermittently. Would not leak a lot at first but got worse over time. After less then a week came home and flooded under fridge. Wood floor ruined. Put in a Samsung OEM filter problem solved. Expensive lesson. Get what you pay for!!!

Satisfied with the Pureline water filters

I was so happy to get these water filters. I had ordered some from another company and the water flow was restricted. It took forever to get a glass of water. I love the flow of the Pureline filters. The cost is reasonable as well. I will be ordering from them again.

Customer service issue

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for a week. I either get no response or an email address that doesn't exist!!! I need to exchange my filters for a different size.

Don’t order from here

I ordered filters and received an email the next day , June 28, 2018 that stated that my order #3862 was on its way . I checked the tracking and it showed it was in Brooklyn NY . Today is July 19 and have had no other notices and checking the tracking it i is still in Brooklyn. There is no phone number to contact and when you try and click on customer support it comes back unknown.
I am currently working with my credit card company to dispute the charges .

My advice is DO NOT order from My Fridge Filters. I ordered 6 filters from My Fridge Filters but only received 3 filters. I fell foolish for ording on the internet. There isn't anyway of contacting this company. There isn't any phone number and trying to the email addresses were undeliverable through Microsoft. I contacted my credit card company and there wasn't any contact information. So I've been had by My Fridge Filters.com. Enough said.......
