This company is a scam. I tried to purchase a one off eye cream and they put me on an auto shipment every week. When I tried to cancel the subscription the website was down. I emailed the company 3 times to cancel the subscription and they only responded back to me after I contacted my bank and removed my card. Do not get sucked in!

Scam company that sends you a sketchy product with multiple names on the same box and bills you for a subscription plan you did not sign up for. I have blocked them on my credit card and reported them. I have disputed all charges. Products contain no description, ingredients, or instructions.

Shocking! Was charged for a subscription I never signed up for….who would buy 2 tubes of eye cream per week?? Ridiculous
No answer to emails
Hopefully I have managed to stop subscription through Shopify but not before they scammed me out of $244

Do not spend your money. This company is a scam. I placed an order (before reading the reviews- my bad) in July for one product, which I have yet to receive. Then the company has debited funds from my bank account every 7 days since. When you call the number on their website, it says call cannot be completed as dialed, and I’ve emailed the frequently and received one response, telling me they are busy and sorry. Didn’t address any of my concerns, stopped debiting my account, and have yet to send the product.

I finally received my product, yesterday it was on my doorstep. However I had to dispute the charges that they have been taking from my account every 7 days.

I have not received any products yet and I double checked that I did not sign up for a subscription, but I have been charged again, I have emailed them to stop sending me products that I don’t receive or want

I ordered the tinted facial serum which is fine but then they turn around and they send me 2 more within days apart!!!! it's ridiculous,, one lasts me for months, I'm trying to get my money back on 2 of them

I ordered Korean +NAD and GHF serum. I received an +NAD serum from China. They also placed me on a weekly subscription to to receive 2 bottles weekly. They started charging me at the end of June & I just received something last week. Also, the customer service number is not working. Bad idea.

Purelums keep sending me their eye lift cream. I only ordered one. I’ve emailed them twice to stop sending me their products. So far I have received 3 and they charged my credit card 3 x $30.64 each time. Now I have to call my credit card company to put a fraud claim on my account. Plus the stuff doesn’t even work on the bags under my eyes! I’m really pissed 😡

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are a complete scam.

I placed one order to try their product, and before I knew it, I was being charged and receiving weekly shipments that I never knowingly agreed to.

When I contacted customer service to stop the recurring orders, I was told I had a subscription and that I could only cancel it through their website. After finally figuring out how to cancel it, I received yet another email confirming that a new order had been placed and would be shipped shortly.

I never intentionally subscribed to anything, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

I strongly recommend that others avoid ordering from this company unless you are absolutely certain you want to be enrolled in recurring shipments.

These are pure robbers!!! They automatically take money out of your account every week after you make your first purchase! I had so much of this product being delivered to me when I didn’t even get a chance to see if the product was working and would take me a good few weeks to work through one tub! They need to be reported for fraud!!

I knew going in this was a scam site. I bought 2 bars as a gag for my fellow numismatist friends, expecting to get 2 fake silver bars.

What I actually got were 2 fake silver colored bars, STAMPED AS .999 GOLD! These people don't give a damn on so many levels, it is hilarious!

To recap: this IS a scam. A poorly run one.

Too good to be true, fake (scam) website.

Scam site selling fakes and counterfeit items lead and copper silver plated coins and bars described as solid silver can't even get the spelling right on the fakes only 1 ounce each not 10 ounces like advertised if the deal seems to good for the money it definitely is a scam cheap poor copies of genuine books with bad printing pictures will never answer emails avoid like the plague you will be absolutely disappointed
