Not existing customer service, wrong delivery

After one month, they delivered an orgonite in a wrong color and immediately I tried to contact the customer service.
They never answered me and I tried it 3 times within 3 weeks. Also ordered three 7 chakra necklaces and one of the necklace is already broke. Very cheap quality.
I will never ever buy again and I doubt that these orgonites will protect you in any way. It seems all fake! And the customer service doesn't exist. I should have done my research before where you can see that there are other customers with same experience.
Never again!!!

SCAM!

SCAM!
Also advertise under the name NOZALY.
Don't be fooled by videos and pictures in the advertisements.
What you receive, eventually, is cheap rubbish, not even worth the postage.
It all arrives separately at different times in small plastic bags.
I ordered a bracelet, a set of rings and a crystal pendant - which was advertised as silver. There was no hallmark on the pendant and it clearly wasn't silver. I actually received two sets of rings when I only ordered and paid for one set. I wouldn't be seen dead in the cheap rubbish.
I was given an address in France to return at my own cost to receive a full refund.
They received it all back on 1st June and I've been fobbed off ever since with a refund takes 5 -10 days.
I eventually received a confirmation email of a refund on 26th July but nothing has been paid into my account.
That was the last I heard from them as they are now ignoring my emails.
So not only have they got my money, they also have the cheap rubbish back to send out again, plus I had to pay to return it all.
They need to be closed down.

Shoddy product, hidden costs

Arrived 2 months late and then I had to lay out another £12 to get the item through customs as it was labelled incorrectly, these scumbags refuse to pay it. To make matters worse the item fell apart the 3rd time it was worn. These are cowboys. Spend your money elsewhere.

If I could give this zero I would

If I could give this zero I would. Cheap tat that broke after 3-weeks (pendant drill eye that was only screwed in 0.1 mm snapped from the pendant rendering it useless + cheap metal discolouration) after taking two-and-a-half months to arrive; their customer service is woefully inept. Too much outsourcing and too many countries are involved in the production shipping of this product.

Do not buy from here!

Ordered two necklaces at the beginning of April. One arrived after two months. Cheap tat and the chain has already turned black. Still waiting on the second necklace four months later. Their customer service is practically non existent. Keep telling me they can't find my order (not my problem), tell me it's been sent out again but blatantly hasn't. I'm now being ignored. What annoys me the most as they advertised themselves as closing down so I felt sorry for them. This was another lie.

This site is selling VERY cheaply made…

This site is selling VERY cheaply made necklaces made from a few stones set in resin for over £80. The quality and lets face it the "scientific facts" mentioned on this site are all a scam. A high impact marketing campaign is pushing hard sales, led by constant special offers - which is why they are getting visitors. Praying on people who are anxious, companies such as this one need to be shut down
