The product arrived in time and was what I expected. Unfortunately it was too small. However, the return process was not as simple as many websites. Most I deal with have either free returns or at least a label to use to return the item/s. My mistake. Just beware that you need to return within 30 days and pay to return!!

Ordered pj's unfortunately didn't open till Xmas day as wanted a surprise and now too late to return The surprise was they were nothing like pic different colour appalling fit poor quality belt looks for wrist under boots very disappointing

Probably another scam. The actual site was purenight.co.uk and it works just like any other website that I bought legitimate products from using the same platform. I still get automatic emails from them to actually review the nightdress. I made a purchase for sleepwear but never received the product. I tried contacting them on 3 different occasions via email but no one ever responded nor is there a phone number to be found on the site.
