A really good start
Taking for three weeks now and I have really noticed a difference. More energy sleep better and less stress (even with a teenage daughter living at home 😂)

I been taking shilajit for a week, I can already feel the effects. I have more energy and muscles strength than before. I'm going to keep taking Pure North shilajit, and I can't wait for more positive effects to take place. I'm going to definitely buy more. Really recommend it from Pure North.
