I never received the product. Their phone line is disconnected, and they don't respond to e-mail. I have asked for the product or the refund. I have received absolutely no answer. I placed my order on 12/12/24 and I have received nothing.
I made two orders (70466 and 70465) on August 31, 2024 and as of this date (December 23, 2024), I haven't received the products, nor have I received a refund. I have emailed customer support numerous times about it, requesting my products or a refund and I haven't received a response. They refuse to send the products or a refund. There is no phone number you can call to talk with them either. I WANT MY PRODUCTS OR A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!! I don't understand why I am being ignored by this company.
