I ordered 2pairs of jeans that were not back ordered &I know b/c the pair of jeans that I wanted were back ordered and I was hoping to get the jeans before new year’s. One pair did come on time. But the other they lied and said it was a (back door ) which is ghetto then changed it on the website and sent me a link supposedly as proof . I would rather them say sorry for the inconvenience we didn’t update our website page at the time but we’re working on it. Instead they lied which is extremely unprofessional. Now I have to wait 3 months to receive the jeans. I will ask for a refund and see how that works.

PURE TRASH, took my money canceled my order for no reason. Still dont have my money back either.

I done reached out to you guys twice about my missing pair of jeans. I ordered two and only got one pair. Can’t get nobody to get back in contact with me

I email you guys , I paid for express shipping stilll no pants !! I hope this not a scam …

I’m pissed because I really want these two pair of jeans but obviously their system is messed up cause it’s telling me my address isn’t my address basically I can make my purchase because my zip code doesn’t match the address which it clearly is so idk but right I’m not happy

These jeans is my all time favorite and most importantly the quality of them is to die for. I will continue to support this brand! And oh yea the shipping is very fast received my jeans within 3 - 5 days

The scam was “ whole time I’m thinking my pants are coming & no pants come . The money got took out my account then put back in but you have all my account information not to mention, I never canceled my order . From the consumers perspective I feel business should have been properly conducted . But it wasn’t .

They stole my money never received my order and they told me it was nothing they could do smh never again

These pants are very nice, Great material, well cut and sized. Very fashionable.

I purchased some hats and T-shirts from pure reign and the customer service I received was incredible. I am big on customer service so experiencing that was huge For me!!

I recently purchased from Pure Reign and my experience from beginning to end was great. The owner answered my questions promptly and nicely which I loved. The quality of the clothes is great as well. I plan on making more purchases soon!
