It took longer than expected since the item did not come with the USB White Noise device. Secondly, this is our first time to have this device and it would have been helpful to have documentation that tells how to use it successfully to create privacy for conversations. The lack of helpful hints led us to conduct a number of trials to figure out how to use it successfully.
