We set up a drawdown equity release last year, the initial advance was provided quickly and efficiently, and this year we've just had our first subsequent draw down which was also quick, easy, and quite painless. Very happy with the speedy customer service and rapid response to emails, very highly recommended!!

I would be happy to give you a 5 star review, but at the moment we have not received any monies from the draw down requested 2 weeks ago. Due to us requiring the draw down on a urgent nature we've had to temporarily take monies from a different source . Not happy chappy

Having looked at the case timeline we can see that the funds were released within 8 working days of the application being submitted – this is within usual timeframes once appropriate checks and balances have been carried out, although we strive to streamline our own processes in an attempt to offer our customers the best service we can.
