Dear Customer Service Team,

Unfortunately, when placing my order online, I selected the incorrect number of foundations by mistake.

I tried to exchange the item at the Canary Wharf branch, but I was informed that they do not provide support for online purchases.

I find this very disappointing because, from a customer’s perspective, whether a purchase is made online or in-store, it is still the same company and branch network. I would therefore expect some level of support to resolve a simple mistake such as this.

Could you please advise if there is any way to exchange the item for the correct number of foundations?

The staff are super friendly in the lakeside store, I’ve only been in twice both times it was quiet and the staff are attentive they ask if you need a hand or if there is anything you are looking for. The shop was also very clean and tidy. You are able to put your email in after which is helpful especially if you have a confusing or difficult to spell one. Prices are also incredible for the quality!!

I so like the product I recently purchase from PURESOUL Brighton. Staff are friendly and gives you the correct advise what suits to your skin

Great staff friendly and helpful love the product range k music and free gifts a chance to get products like Lador and able to choose fragrance etc

Im sorry to say but the staff were not that helpful in Westfield. I tried asking for recommendations and they would show me only one product so I would end up using the website just to get different options. I also spent over £60 and did not receive any freebies like a person next to me did. I have been to other Pureseoul stores and the staff seem to be more helpful and approachable

Staff AMAZING 🤩 really helpful. Lovely fresh bright store with lots of selection. Will definitely be a regular shopper in the New Lakeside store. 10 out of 10 for service.
