The vacuum seemed to work a little when I first got it.Then it did nothing, absolutely no suction, and I have contacted the company and they told me they would send me a replacement now.They're telling me they checked the specifications and that unit should be working fine. Well , how do you tell if a unit's working by specifications?
I got scammed at a hundred and twelve dollars and I hope nobody else does.

This company is a scam. I ordered their vacuum almost 2 months ago. It hasn't been delivered. When I reached out to them (multiple times), they said I need to reach out to the shipping company they used. They also said they can't do anything about - basically saying it's not their problem and I have to deal with it.

Crazy. I've never come across anything like this. They also won't refund me. Be aware and stay away from them.

I have the cordless model. Do not waste your money. I wish it performs as good as the promises. The time for operation is poor. Only about 10 minutes on a full charge. The suction power is almost nonexistent. It's a SCAM. RUN

I really like the product, and I use it on mattresses, sofas and duvets. My only observation is that the battery lasts a little and takes a lot of hours to recharge.

Handy & easy to use. As a senior widow with a small older 4 bedroom home, I've been able to offer rooms as needed to extended family members or young working adults needing affordable housing. I keep the little PureSleepy vacuum charged in a convenient location for everyone to use on their mattresses and pillows when it's time to change bedding. Everyone enjoys using it & is always surprised by the amount of little fuzzies to discard from the handy little vacuum. Plus there's no more itchy eyes waking up in the morning. Thank you.

What a fantastic little device, can’t believe it wasn’t invented years ago as we’ve struggled with dust mite allergies for so long! Really light and easy to use and has made such a difference to my son’s asthma symptoms

The first time I used this product I was just amazed at how much dust came out of the mattress. I had no idea how much was in there. I took a photo but I don't know how to attach and send it from here.

Easy to use little device. Doesn't pick up any med-large particulate. Doesn't pick up hair or dog hair. Definitely does pick up dust. I will usually vacuum my mattress with my Dyson and then go over it with my Pure Sleepy. I can't say that I would recommend it.

I bought pure sleepy and it did what was advertised, it’s a great product and really does vacuum up the dead skin cells on the mattress the filter caught it all ..great product and company absolutely i would Recommend it.

Delivered timorously and does the job effectively (as far as I can tell as bed bugs and dust mites are hard to see!!). Recommend because we're bite-free and sleep well. Thankyou Pure Sleepy.

I started using about a week after I received, works well, but if there is alot of dust in your home you have to use it on your bed every other day to get rid of dust mites since they rapidly reproduce by thousands everyday. Wash your sheets and quilts every week. Overall a good product and when you empty out the filter you will be shocked how much dust mites it picked up! Scary but true. Thank you Puresleepy.
