Headphones do not have noise cancelling and are clearly fake Bose as they do not connect to the Bose app. Controls in the wrong place for genuine Bose Quietcomfort Ultra headphones and overall build very shoddy. Lesson learnt, hope this review saves someone some money.
I purchased 4 of these, 2 as gifts for my young grandchildren. My own was supposed to be noise cancelling and was definitely not! The charging cable obviously did not belong as it only finally works after much jiggling and pushing in and out! My granddaughter’s one (she is 9 so only has a small head) was so tight, when we attempted to extend it, all the rubber came out! I haven’t been able to connect to the Bose app at all and now realise, you only get what you pay for! Unless you’re happy with an old, refurbished set with an iffy, charging cable, no noise cancelling, then look elsewhere! Customer Service offered a refund on return and inspection but postage would not have been worth it especially if they deemed them to be okay! Their word against mine! So advise think twice before purchasing their headphones and do your research!
