I am giving 3 stars because I still waiting to take the supplement asy ferritin still low. Searching about the supplement I have found out that to be effectivey general health has to be great otherwise it is a waste of money as the supplement won't be absorb. I cancelled my subscription a few months ago
I cancelled my subscription a few months ago and they are still trying to debit my account. I have emailed them, called them, no use at all. Called my bank to block them, disgusting customer service!
I did cancel my order, I have emails to prove yous consistently tried to debit my account after the cancellation. I left yous a voicemail and emailed several times to ask yous to stop.

I'm amazed
I'm very early in my Puretrex journey to leave a review but all I can say so far is I'm amazed. I've been shedding hair at an alarming rate due to being put on Mounjaro for diabetes so I can't come off it. Week by week I watched my hair getting thinner and thinner. After one week of taking Pumpkin Seed Oil with Saw Palmetto there was noticeably less hair in my brush at the end of the week. Yesterday (hairbrush cleaning day) there was hardly any hair in my brush at all. Puretrex was my last hope of saving my hair and I'm so so grateful.

The reason im giving 2 stars and not one is because the products arrived quick. However ive sent 2 emails in nearly 3 weeks asking for CoA lab reports for products I ordered. No replies but constant emails asking to leave a review. I waited a week from the 2nd email before I gave a bad review. Ive bought from puretrex before this but never thought to ask for a lab report. If you promote it you should follow up on it. Won't be buying from them again.
Update: ive sent a 3rd email to puretrex, after their reply to my review, and still no email reply or data confirming lab report. I have now took it down to a 1 star rating because this has still not been resolved. Email is under curtis, wouldn't be hard to find. I've recommended Puretrex to many people before but never again. Alot of other companies consistently publish their results, Puretrex doesn't.
