$350 in Hidden Charges + Damaging Products – Stay Away!
If I could give zero stars, I would.
This business charged me over $350 in “late cancellation” fees—even when I followed their 24-hour rescheduling policy and showed up to the rescheduled appointments. I’ve been billed twice for the same tip, charged late fees on days I was physically at the facility, and even charged a second $50 fee while getting the service.
Their products not only failed to work, they ripped and damaged my skin for weeks.
And here’s my strongest warning—never sign up for their monthly membership. It locks you into charges you can’t escape, even when they fail to deliver results or fairness.
This isn’t a one-time oversight—it’s a pattern of unfair billing, harmful products, and misleading business practices.
