PureVolts installed Hanchu Batteries & Inverter last October. At the end of February one of the batteries went faulty.
I was chasing them up almost every other day about warranty replacement. It came across, that if I didn’t chase, nothing was done. So I left it for a week - nothing. I then sent an email a week ago asking for the installation to be removed & refunded under consumer rights. No reply, I have no idea what is happening. But I can’t, in good conscience, recommend them as after sales service appears to be none existent.

Purevolts were fantastic in my solar journey - I have no hesitation recommending them at all!

I got a good range of options in my quote, and during the whole initial meeting I could tell they were a caring and passionate team. Online quotes vary so wildly, and having Mark come and inspect the house really helped ground my expectations and save me from what would have been a huge disappointment with another company! They also showed me pictures of other installs they've done which really solidified their determination to provide excellence.

Emma kept me up to date throughout and answered any queries I had. They proactively applied for G99 planning before the install (from reading online forums, lots of companies do this after an install which can be problematic) which was very reassuring.

Scaffolding went up and came down as planned. The installers (Josh and Charlie) were fantastic. The electrical team led by Martin did a great job connecting the inverter and battery to the house. I'll definitely keep the parent company (Spot On Electrical) in mind if I need any future work doing.

Superb! Just sat enjoying the free electricity in my syg energy batteries installed today , So glad I chose purevolts from at least 10 quotes I had .
I needed not worry about entrusting purevolts with such an investment of my solar instalation. from my quote and survey to a cold and rainy day in the northwest the whole process was carried out with precision and care, scaffolding was erected yesterday,equipment delivered this morning followed 10 minutes later by the roofing team, closely followed by the electricians. On with the job, without its challenges that did appear due to our positioning location choices. these lads were brilliant in providing solutions that we were happy with.
I cannot recommend highly enough!
