Took my order which I paid for
Took my order which I paid for, had waited 6 days for order arrival then when I phoned and complained, got the sob story that a huge backlog of work due to corona virus. However, no mention was made when I ordered, no phone calls to tell me delayed and after 6 days still in warehouse. Because I also left a message they did not like, as good as told me they did not want my custom, so I demanded a refund. Whole attitude of this company stinks and if they have that much of an order backlog, maybe they should consider managing it, by freezing orders until they have the backlog under control, instead of hiding behind and blaming corona virus, but still taking my money and not delivering the goods. Scandalous, very poor, almost nil customer relations, they need to seriously look at their management structure. I will not be using them again.
