Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Sleep bag weight mislabelled resulting in me having to return it, they are denying a refund and will not send it back to me.

Purflo launched its first product in 1996 and is the UK’s original baby safe sleep brand. Purflo was started by concerned new parents who wanted to create cleaner, safer and healthier sleeping environments for babies. At Purflo we believe baby sleep should be safe and sound and that’s why we only develop carefully selected products that parents can trust.

Awful customer service. Sleep bag weight mislabelled resulting in me having to return it, they are denying a refund and will not send it back to me.
Great customer service. I had a slight issue with the cuddle to sleep sleeping bags. I contacted the customer service and I had a prompt and polite reply. I sent back the sleeping bags and they sent me back 2 new sleeping bags.
The brand is top quality when it comes to sleeping bags.
Honestly, the sleeping bags are crap.
Bought two for a new born, they were great.
Baby grew up, decided to buy two more. One had a fault zip, contacted Purflo, and received a new one which... Also has a faulty zip. You need to step up your zip quality. At this point didn't even bother contacting them anymore, just won't shop here again.
I bought the Purflo Cotbed Mattress for my son years ago due to worries about flat head syndrome and overheating and when we realised we were expecting we ran out to buy the Purflo Crib so we could be safe from the off!
However!!! The crib has a MAJOR design fault and should be avoided unless you’re only planning to have your little one in here until they start to grow!
My little girl is 3 months old and has grown to the point she now has to sleep with her head on a VERY uncomfortable and prominent wire bar going across her bed! Safe to say she has had many awful nights sleep now she has grown up to the bar height and now we have realised what is causing her issues we are having to buy an emergency replacement!
If I had known I would definitely not have spent over £100 on this product! Absolutely awful design considering they say it’s safe for babies heads! It isn’t!!! Avoid!!!
