Like that the mix is all natural and don't mind the gritty texture as I feel it adds fibre but the flavors are so subtle that its hard to distinguish between them. The Cherry Bakewell & Mixed Frui... See more

No problem with delivery etc. I'm sorry I just don't like the product, I had the taster pack so I could try all the flavours, tbh there's not a lot of flavour in any of them, but what there was I didn't enjoy at all. I also can't handle the gritty texture. So I won't purchase again.

The customer service was good but I will not be buying again.
I bought a variety to try as shakes as that is my preference before I considered a subscription which I will not pursue. The banana one is more of a 'hint of' and to be honest I also found the texture really gritty despite putting it through a blender and even trying it with an added spoon of greek yoghurt. Sadly for me the coconut ingredient was too prevalent in all of them even though coconut was not in the flavour description chosen. I don't know what percentage is used (the sachets don't state) perhaps this could be modified.
One further suggestion is to have some water afterwards.
Ordered 4 bags of their new product. After trying one I wanted to return the other three. Emailed for return instructions- they replied they accepted my return and would send further details. Chased this up a week later and still no reply. Clearly don’t like giving refunds. Won’t ever order from them again.

I loved the idea of Purition, and I loved the products. I ordered the 14 sample pack, then big bags of my favourite flavours. Shipping is fast.
However, the large bag of pistachio is not the sane as the trial pouch, I think its actually unflavoured. I contacted purition with photos (obvious colour difference as well as the taste) and included the batch numbers - really all they would need to see - and nothing. No customer service at all, in almost 2 weeks. So I would have probably been a long term regular customer but having 0 aftercare is a no for me

I really wanted to like Purition because the ingredients seemed healthy and natural, but unfortunately it triggered my gallbladder symptoms quite badly. If you have gallbladder issues or struggle with higher-fat products, it’s something to be cautious about. The flavours and quality were ok otherwise, but sadly it just didn’t agree with me personally. I do think this should be explained by the company before purchasing.
Fantastic product and super fast delivery!
We love Purition in our house! Chocolate and Blueberry are our favourites, but there hasn't been any flavours we're disliked!
I have it in a smoothie every day when I’m in the office, with almond milk, frozen fruit, a banana, and collagen.
It’s such an easy way to incorporate real goodness into my daily diet without any fuss. It keeps me feeling full, energised, and has become a staple in my routine.
The kids love it too, especially mixed with live yoghurt or blended into a smoothie with cottage cheese, which makes it really versatile for the whole family. It’s been a great fit with our goal of cutting down on ultra-processed foods, while still keeping things quick and convenient.
I’ve ended up talking about it all the time because people keep asking what I’m doing differently - I’ve lost weight, and my skin and hair have noticeably improved, which has been a lovely bonus. It just feels like such a simple, natural way to support a healthier lifestyle!
I really wanted to love this product because it has a lot going for it. The gritty texture is actually a positive for me and adds to the wholefood feel. However, the flavour doesn’t quite align and there’s a bitter aftertaste that takes away from the experience. The company is clearly onto something, but the flavours need refining—and not by adding sugar. Listening to customer feedback could turn this into a great product.
I bought the starter pack of 14 flavours to take as breakfast and lunch alternatives in the run up to my holiday eating a small sensible healthy dinner in the evening. Firstly the results I didn't lose any weight at all.
Secondly the taste or lack of it is a large part of my disappointment. You cannot taste the different flavours at all. I made the lunch ones up as overnight oats with some fresh berries, the texture was ok and edible. The first couple of breakfast ones I mixed with yoghurt as it suggests on the packets and website, again these were ok with fresh berries to give it some flavour. But then the last few I tried as shakes, I was expecting them to be bitty with the seeds exactly as it tells you they will be. But what I hadn't expected was the gloopy slimey consistency you have to drink. It made me wretch.
I am sorry I like to support a new business and I am sure they are healthier meals than synthetic protein powders. But flavours seriously need to be worked on and consistency to have as a quicker shake. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend to friends or buy again.
I don’t mind the gritty texture ( I’ve convinced myself it’s good for me).
I ordered chocolate, chocolate and hazelnut, and banana. First I went for chocolate and hazelnut - just about bearable, thank god for the hazelnuts!
Next I tried chocolate - it’s horrible. No taste of chocolate, in fact no taste of anything - a dreadful mound of nothing. I don’t think I’ll risk the banana. Food is supposed to be enjoyable, not an ordeal once a day, which is what this was! The rest go into the bin - (far too complicated to return, and you have to pay to return it)
An expensive and deeply disappointing experience.
I’m a week in with having these for a lunch alternative. There isn’t a great deal of flavour and they are gritty but that tells me the ingredients are pure. I can read the label and when it goes in my mouth I know exactly what I’m swallowing. The subtle flavour is also a result of using natural flavours and not additives, bulking agents and sweeteners. Have used various well known brands of shakes over the years and always hated the sweetness of them. I don’t want a sweet, sugary drink for a meal so these have been great for me.
Slow post. Order on Saturday and it doesn’t arrive until Wednesday at the earliest. However we love the sachets. We have them with Greek yogurt. As lunch it’s our first meal of the day and on average I’m losing a pound a day. But due slow post I’m going to run out.
Really disappointed in these. They taste so bitter and gritty. There's no nice flavour to them and they're such small quantities. They're just not worth the money, leave a lingering bitter taste in your mouth and are not good value for money at all.
I was expecting a full starter pack with a measuring tape, cup and perhaps a recipe card, but all I had was the pouches.
I tried the cherry bakewell shake and it was too watery, even though I made it with milk...
So I am waiting for an email to send the pack back...
If I could I would give it a minus stars.
This does not work a a meal supplement. You need scales to weigh and you need to add milk and blend with a blender which is all inconvenient. It is half of the volume of huel so not filling at all. They say that they accept returns but you have to pay so also not easy. I would not buy again, very disappointing in taste, texture and convenience and leaves you hungry
I'm not a fan of protein powders and was looking for something that would support my current calorie deficit but give me the right macros and I came across Purition. Works really well in baked oats, smoothie or overnight oats. I'm a big fan of the unflavoured one, vanilla & macadamia, pistachio, chocolate and chocolate & Hazelnut. The only one I haven't been a fan of is Coffee and Walnut. Having this for breakfast or in the afternoon post gym is great for helping me keep on track, hasn't led to any nasty flare ups in my skin and boosts my fibre intake every day.
I have tried Purition for the first time this week. I have had the cherry bakewell and the chocolate so far and I love it! I really like the texture and just shake it in a protein shake cup as I don’t feel the need to make the shake smoother by blending it. I love the natural flavours and the fact that it isn’t really sweet. I’m trying to lose a bit of weight gained during the menopause and I’m hoping that Purition will help me to do that. I really like the fact that all of the ingredients are natural with no added emulsifiers etc. I am really enjoying this product and highly recommend it.
I have been buying Purition on and off for several years, for nutritional and weight loss reasons. I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes so Purition will be helpful in managing the condition, as it has little sugar and is low GI.
My husband, also diabetic, resisted my attempts to get him to use Purition as he said it tasted bitter and he did not like the sweetener. Recently, off his own bat, he got a bag of the plain one and blitzed it with oatmilk and berries. Low and behold, he now loves the flavoured versions as they help fill him up and control his appetite during the day. Chocolate with a banana is a favourite as it tastes like a dessert. :)
Hubbie here. Turns out the "bitter taste" wasn't the sweetener. It was my Vitamin B deficiency!
I absolutely love purition. What I like most is that it is vegetarian friendly , made up of all the natural goodness and high in proteins content . I love texture of their proteins shakes . This is the first meal replacement , that is so gentle on my digestive system. Their pistachio flavour is my favourite. Hands down best product 😀😀😀
Initially the trial 25 pack seemed an exciting prospect as i had gone entirely on the video on the website of the ingrefients and their manufacture/ production.
I made an error. None of it could have prepared me for the actual taste and texture. It was really difficult to get through after the 7th pouch. It looked disgusting and it turned to an unpaletable gruel in my mouth. Wont be buying more.!
Awful ...just awful . Whichever way you have these sachets - shake, yoghurt or porridge the taste is artificial, in porridge it turns in some thick gloupy gel like texture and in every which way looks like you're consuming vomit which is not nice is it?! It may be nutritional but taste/ texture wise its just not palatable . £25 down the drain for an expensive trial pack . Get your nutrients from your daily foods is my advice.
