I’d be happy to review my 1 star rating, however 1 week after ordering, with a delivery of 2-3 days being advertised nothing has been received. I’ve sent a few emails to help@ address the quote on here and their website, with only 1 being replied to saying that “ Due to overwhelming demand, a slight delay has occurred”. I’ve asked for an update and had no response.If I’ve heard nothing more in the next 24 hours I’ll raise my concerns with American Express to get a refund. Far from an ideal situation with poor communication.

Still waiting for product to be delivered with no update as to when I might receive the goods I’ve paid for. Last update I had from Purity was that I should get the product this week - just checked my tracking…. Still haven’t been dispatched.

Product should have been delivered by the 13/05. Here I am over 2.5 weeks later and nothing has arrived. I cannot believe that most people have a positive experience with Puritylabs therefore think that most of the recent reviews are not genuine.

I just keep getting given excuses and promises of imminent delivery, but nothing arrives.

The product may well be good, I’ll probably never know as I’ve requested delivery by tomorrow or cancellation and a full refund. I’d imagine I’m going to have to raise this as a fraudulent transaction via my card provider.

01/06: Final update - same update from Sharlon as previously posted, the only positive reviews seem to be from customers in the Netherlands which is where the business is based. As far as I’m concerned, being a UK customer, this is a fraudulent business - steer clear and do not give them the benefit of the doubt! I’ve reported them to Amex.

Speedy delivery. And altough i was a bit apprehensive, the products definately seem to work!

Nothing to complain about. High quality and pure products that works.

Over a month of waiting and still haven't received my order.
Customer Services just say wait and wait and wait.
Won't allow me to cancel it or refund my money.
Don't bother wasting your time.

Final update
After a stupid amount of emails back and forth. They said that the shipping company had lost my package. Where the shipping company said they never received.
Still, a few more emails were required, they offered discounts due to the delay but again the back and forth happened. The Finally I received my money back
No idea what the actual product is like but based on my experience with customer service I would not have any faith in it

Fast delivery, good communication about the shipment and good products

Waste of space. Have different prices and offers depending on which platform you see the advertisements.
Extremely slow at replying to emails and are now not replying since I want to cancel my subscription.
BE VERY AWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Only problem was item arrived 10 day late they need to be more clear on deliver date as they are very busy .
The Gummie are good value will be reordering them nice taste .

Ordered 5th April, finally got email 22nd April to say posted, tracking states I still have to wait over a week for delivery, got the Royal Mail 1-3 day tracked service and almost a month later with no delivery.

I have ordered twice till now. On both occasions the product came the very next day with normal shipment option, wothout a shipment guarantee extra charge option. Plus, I found the ordered products (1st time the Shilajit capsules+ Black Maca + Fagodia, the 2nd time only Shilajit capsules)to ne quite effective, improving my strength, exercise fatigue recovery as well as the vigour, morning hardness.

Very good product with all the certificates included with the product. Also the packaging of the product is very professional and according to the regulations.
