I am requesting to return this product…

I am requesting to return this product but have been sent a returns address for China. From reading other reviews you replied to a customer stating the product does not have to be sent to China. Not returns label either....so disappointed

I am genuinely shocked at how terrible…

I am genuinely shocked at how terrible this company is. I made a purchase, realized the address was wrong, and within five minutes I contacted them begging to cancel it. Five minutes. I couldn’t have done it any faster. I explained everything clearly and politely.

They ignored me completely.

They shipped the order to the wrong address even though I told them right away. And now I’m left with nothing — no product, no help, no support — and they keep my money as if I don’t matter at all. I’ve lost $170 because they refused to do the most basic, reasonable thing.

This whole situation is beyond frustrating. I acted immediately, I followed the rules, and I asked for a cancellation long before they processed anything. And yet they refused to fix it.
This company has shown me zero respect or professionalism. Their customer service is non-existent, and the way they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable. I wish I had never ordered from them.

NOTE: please ignore this review. This is a competitor leaving a one-star review on our page in order to lower the score. Even the profile name "Ecommerce Money LLC" suggests that you are a company that has not had a genuine experience with our company. Furthermore, you have left this review and the one just after it just 2 minutes apart, both with the same name in our system.

Also, the structure of these two reviews is exactly the same, so clearly this is the same person using two different profiles.

If you are truly a customer, then we are happy to refund you. But this review is absolutely not an accurate experience with our company.

PelviTone one month on.

Exasperated by menopausal issues I have searched for a non medication way to improve daily life and uncertainty when travelling long distances.
Initially discovering the Pelvitone, I was slightly sceptical, but I ordered direct from the manufacturer to ensure authenticity. It arrived quickly, well packaged and in a protective case. the device appears of good construction and is easy to use.
Customer support is available readily and although it didn't arrive with promised manuals I was able to download these. Really use is self explanatory as it's just a case of gradually moving through levels as body adjusts.
I have now been using it for a month and currently on Level 3, my body seems to be responding well and I am finding the short sessions of muscle engagement are enabling me to be more relaxed when performing daily tasks and there is definitely a greater time lapse between toilet calls and urgency has almost disappeared.
When in use, there are audible sounds to the stimulation of the device, but this gives you the signal and timing, your body needs to react to. The heating program following a level is also quite therapeutic.
I did order the back posture support cushion at same time which is comfortable and well constructed and can also double up as extra posture support when seated for other activities.
Having filled in a customer survey on their website indicating approval of the PelviTone device product I mentioned that I was rather surprised and disappointed with their panties which I ordered after receiving my PelviTone , these did not appear to afford me the expected level of protection confidence when accidently sneezing.
Customer services picked up this comment up, responding in a very caring manner and offered me a full refund for that order. There was a slight time delay in this being issued, but I am grateful for their fair response.
Although early days, I can only speak as I find, but I sincerely hope the PelviTone journey continues to further improve my well being.

I fell more secure when I cough

I feel more secure when I cough. I have progressed through the levels and now maintain most days. I think it's definitely done some good even if it's just a tool to make you do the pelvic floor exercises. The added vibration and prolonged hold is quite tough so I think it's been worth it.

ZERO STARS - STAY AWAY

I would give this ZERO stars if I could.

I placed an order on 8th sept 25 for a relative as they are not comfortable ordering things online, so I did it on behalf of them.

I received updates like a tracking number which would not track so was patient enough to wait only to be told it's in process, with no further details. I also regular advertising coming through to my email about the product but no update on the purchase and as I had waited long enough with a relative asking me what was going every few days I decided to email Purivon support for an update on 10th oct 25, as I was not getting anywhere with the purchase and updates for delivery. Same day I received an email saying it had been sent back to the depot and there was no attempted delivery but still sent back. They said they'll send it through again for delivery, I on 12th oct sent them an email asking how long it will take, I was informed it will be as soon as possible and are in the process getting it ready for dispatch and I would once again receive a tracking number. I once again waited.

28th oct I sent another email asking them how long as I have had no communication or tracking number. I received an email from Purivon support saying they will request the shipping department for further review.

On 16th November 25, I sent another email on an update or a full refund.

on 19th November I received a reply saying the package has been returned and can resend the order however it will take 2 weeks to process reshipment. If immediate shipping was required with an additional charge. If decided if we wanted a refund as per there policy partial refund will be refunded (refund amount would be 10% of the purchase price along with $15 USD compensation.

How is this even fair on genuine customers. This problem is not resolved still on going unfortunately.

Zero stars for this one.

I recently re I my order & straight away switched it on purely to see how it worked. I know 100% that I will never be able to use this, purely down to the intense vibration, it would drive me insane.
I am currently in the position of waiting for a response to my 4 th email requesting details on how to return it.
I have had 3 responses asking for my phone number so as to give me help on how to use the item. I am not short of brain cells & I am very aware of sounds which I cannot tolerate, this being one of them.
I received details of an address in China where I was asked to return it to. My item was delivered from a location in England, the contact address on the website is in England.
Returning it to China would incur additional charges (customs etc) but I doubt from experience of this company I would be waiting for my refund forever, if indeed I ever received it.
In response to the reply below.
I have, eventually, obtained a return address in England but the fact that it has taken 5 emails to get a result indicates that the issue is with staff training & in no way changes my opinion & star rating.
Faultless customer service is paramount.

Not what I hoped

Finally got to use this after several weeks in the box. Not impressed at all. It just vibrates rather than the expected shocks I assumed would urge you to squeeze intensely. Quite honestly the vibrations give you the sexual urge rather than a pelvic exercise it is meant to have. Don’t waste your money.

I have sent 3 emails about the unit not…

I have sent 3 emails about the unit not working after a couple of months. I keep getting the same response to send videos, which is ridiculous as I described the fault in my emails. Sending videos is not practical.
I am very disappointed as I felt the Pelvitone had made a difference in the short time but now with it not working, I am back to square 1.

Still not received and no updates

I wish I came on here first to check the reviews. I have just had a prolapse and I wanted to buy a pelvitone as I was desperate for it to work. I bought and ordered it on the 19th October and a few days after I had an email saying it was on the way. Since then I haven’t received any updates and the tracking is showing it’s still in the same place it was 8 days ago. I don’t think it’s going to arrive after reading these reviews but I hope it does as I’m hoping it might just help a little. I have just emailed Purivon to ask where is my order so if it turns up I will edit my review Edit: my pelvitone arrived over a week later but I haven’t had chance to try it yet as been too poorly. Purivon are actually trying to get this review removed which is strange so I’m not going to add any stars. When I start using it I will update again
