I have been a member for over 10 years. I redeemed points and was hoping my gift card would arrive in time for my birthday. I contacted them several times and when I finally received a reply I was informed that there was such a rush on gift cards that it would not be received in time. This is poor planning on their part they knew that there would be extra demand for their gift cards.
Another survey website I use informed me that a gift redemption would be delivered within half an hour. I am trying a new survey website to replace Purkle. There are a lot out there who can deliver redemptions in a timely manner even if it is Paypal cash redemption. I will not be remaining with Purkle because I can never trust them again.

I have been a purkle user for nearly a decade and never had any issues with surveys or redemptions. I have noticed in the past month that I have redeemed some purkle points and not received my E gift card. I have followed up with the company and received no response. This does not appear to be an isolated issue from the other recent reviews. I have still been receiving surveys, and have redeemed another gift card without receiving the first one. Hopefully this is sorted out soon.

I’ve been with Purkle for many years now and never had a problem with redemptions. My latest redemption is $300 and it’s been a month with still nothing received. And to add insult to injury they won’t even reply to my messages yet still sending surveys. AND they have taken the money off my rewards saying it’s been redeemed.
I’m getting ready to escalate to Fair Trading and reporting to ACCC. I feel very let down.

Up until April I have never had an issue redeeming my reward voucher and I have been with Purkle for a long time. Now no reward and no response to multiple emails emails or online enquiries. They are still sending surveys. Very frustrating.

Redeemed reward after hours of surveys. Nothing came through weeks later. Followed up multiple times. A SCAM!

I started with Purkle earlier this year . I got my first $20 and was able to withdraw it . I further accumulated another $20 and had since requested for an incentive for more than 3 weeks , yet no payment was sent .I also partook in a 10 day RTD Diary study that was meant to pay $15. It's more than a month since it was done and yet no remuneration from Purkle. I have since contacted them through the contact form on the website several times with no response . I have also sent email to their support without any response . It's either Purkle has gone rouge or that they just became the new scam collecting data from people without fulfiling their own part . `Funny thing is that they are still sending me studies to do. I hope they do the needful

I have redeemed points or money earned for a gift card, when l redeem one fifty dollars cash amount it worked fine. However l saved up to redeem $300 worth of cards at $50 a card and none of these had a correct code number, to enable me to use

3.8 satisfied is about right.
Purkle used to be good but in recent years the new surveys are unreliable in supply and limited in quality and any ability to guarantee completion.
Pity?!

barely had surveys & customer service dont reply to messages sent to them!
it's disappointing as i'd been with them for over 10 years...
seemingly there's no value seen in their users.

I started using purkle when my son was a baby (now he is 13 years old) and I have to say it’s really great to have an opinion in things that matter to me and also get rewarded with $$. The customer support are beyond excellent when one issue arose.
I suggest, get it and try for yourself…..

I use to really love this site but, for the last few months, they no longer honour their promise of sending gift card vouchers in 5-7 days.
I had to chase up my last payout for over a month and although it finally turned up in my email one day, there was no explanation or apology. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try one more time as I have been on this site for yrs without issue but now I am, once again, chasing up a gift card.
I honestly don't know what has happened that management no longer seem interested in doing the right thing . Very disappointed as have referred friends to this site as they were reliable and trustworthy.

Have been using this app for a few years now. And no pressure to do surveys , all at your own pace.

I have been doing surveys for a few years now and made well over $1000, I have involved other members of my family and they have been earning $$ as well.

I have been surveys for other sites for over 25 years now and always enjoy doing them so when I got an email to join Purkle, I read about them first and then joined. What I like about Purkle is that the surveys are interesting and they let you know how long the survey will approximately take. Some surveys I am not in the age group but I still get 20c for attempting. I have recommended this site to some friends and I know one in particular is very happy that she joined up as she tells me all the time "Thank You."
I like how you can redeem my dollars into a Coles voucher as that is my preferred one to do. Helps with groceries going up in price.

Love the opportunity to earn extra dollars. Most surveys are interesting bit some lack variety

I have been with Purkle for some years, at first they are great, you get the dollars against your completed surveys. But lately the survey either glitch and go nowhere, or the page appeared to be error.
Their customer services seems very slow in responding, I was chasing one of my winning prize for 3 years but never heard back from them.

I have been doing surveys on this site for over 10 years. Instead of looking at social media, occasionally I just do the surveys. It is somewhat rewarding knowing that my opinions are being heard on a wide range of products and/or issues. Sometimes I get screened out, but that isn’t a problem. The other benefit is that slowly but surely the money accumulates. The gift cards are easy to use when you’re ready to use them.

I find that I get a good amount of surveys and don't get screened out all the time. Did my first redemption on the 9th sept and I got my gift card on the 26th of sept.
