I’m giving a 3 as I have only taken 4 seem to be very gassy 🤔but that’s not unusual for me hence the reason for trying yet another brand . I read up that this happens with probiotics and you have to persevere.
Hopefully it will cease in a week
If it does I will give the product a 5
At least the company are keeping in touch which I really appreciate thank you .

Excellent product, brilliant service

I placed an order with the wrong recipient and when I contacted customer services asking them to change the recipient and address, I got an immediate response. My daughter has just started taking the B12 supplement so we will see if it makes any difference to her energy levels. If the supplement is as good as the customer service then I will be very impressed.

Excellent product- does exactly what I need it to do

When my January delivery of turmeric didn’t arrive I emailed the company.
Their response was immediately dealt with. .as the weather was awful, heavy snow and ice they suggested I wait another few days , which was totally acceptable due to the weather.

Still no delivery so emailed , again another immediate response. They send out another supply immediately which arrive a couple of days later.
Their customer service team are extremely helpful and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I recently ordered some supplements from purolab. Easy to navigate website and the goods arrived within a few days. I would recommend this company. Great uk family run business.

Having tried several different Biotin supplements I was interested to see if Purolabs lived up to my expectations and the claims made by the website. Although I have only been taking them for just over three weeks I have seen a difference- ie less hair loss - one of my main bug bears.
I particularly liked the fact that there was no fillers; so all in all I feel confident that I have found the supplement that is the one I shall be happy to continue with.

Professional and excellent service

I had a problem with my delivery over the festive period, but it was rapidly sorted out by Cate and Arianne Purolabs communication with me was excellent and I am a happy customer. Thank you Cate and Arianne.

I have truly never dealt with a company that so signally failed to respond to, or maybe even comprehend, their customers' emails. I can't even bring myself to go into the whole long story, but whatever I wrote to them, they wrote gush and gobbledygook back, never actually addressing my perfectly polite and reasonable requests. I have now cancelled the subscription for their product that I took out before finding out what kind of company they really were.

I can't leave a review regarding their products as the ones I ordered were delivered to another address, by their chosen courier company. I complained and then emailed back saying that I should go and look for them myself! So, their products may be wonderful, but their help desk is poor, I will not place another order with them again.
