I was looking for an interactive smart board for my small Education business in Trafford and also PA system. I'm not especially tech savvy And get nervous about these things. I was so relieved to be in touch with purple cat who organised both things for me. Craig was really patient and genuinely looked to get me the best deal on what I was looking to buy. Delivery was just as expected and Aaron was great with installation. Super happy. We have no hesitation to recommend.

Craig at Purple Cat provided excellent service and gave us some alternative options for what we were looking for - ended up with a far better Board room meeting AV system that we originally wanted a quote for and saved us a lot - very professional and helpful.

Craig, our correspondent, was extremely helpful and quick to respond over email. The AV system he recommended was perfect for our needs and the engineers who installed it all did a stellar job. It was worth the cost without a doubt.

Craig and Scott were as helpful as possible, nothing was too much trouble for them and they are genuinely lovely people to deal with. It's always a stress replacing equipment, but they made it feel productive rather than giving us anything to worry about.

I had been trying to source a replacement bulb for a venerable Benq projector and, after going round in circles trying to figure out a ‘legit’ source and reading online horror stories, I decided to try a real shop. Jennifer talked through the options and made it clear (not in a pressured way) that most replacement bulbs for a projector of its age would be risky at best.

So this then became a ‘new projector’ exchange — across multiple emails of me exploring different options I never felt pushed by Jennifer towards a particular model or up-sold to a more expensive device. She laid out pros and cons and let me do my own research.

New Benq has arrived and is amazing. Very pleased so fa,r and pleased too with service from Purple-Cat, so I trust it’s a representative experience of how they treat customers whether retail or professional.

Craig at Purple Cat was extremely helpful sourcing replacement bulbs for my JVC projector when it became apparent that sourcing the whole lamp unit was extremely difficult, not to mention very expensive. He sourced the original Philips bulbs and guided me through their installation which was rather straightforward.

I was working on creating a Cinema themed bedroom for my Children and needed someone to install a projector, never realising how difficult it is to have someone coming out to our home to do it.
I tried a number of companies, to no avail but Purple Cat were the only company willing to come and do the work despite us living an hour away from their business premises.
Craig was always very accommodating, not only offering to do the job, but if I needed any advice was always on hand; nothing too much trouble.
Craig said the installer: Jonathan, would arrive by 9:30am. Jonathan was prompt, efficient gave advice on the best way to fit the projector and was done by 11am, no fuss.
I'm absolutely delighted and thanks to Purple Cat I'll have 3 very happy daughters this Christmas and for a very reasonable price to boot!

Over the course of the last 12-18 months we have been renovating and updating the Brechin Gardner Memorial Church of Scotland. Whist much of the work is hidden, the obvious highlights of the project are the two new projectors and screens provided and installed by Purple Cat Ltd. Despite being several hundred miles away they have willingly provided a huge amount of advice and technical assistance over a protracted period without which we would have been lost. Purple Cat's competitive commercial offering has enabled us to procure two greatly superior systems within a very limited budget.

Ordered a new projector bulb. Came well wrapped, next day (DHL too none of that rubbish Hermes) and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for much more. Fantastic!

I ordered a very large fixed frame cinema screen from Purple Cat as they offered almost the lowest price combined with excellent reviews. Never used them before but ordering and delivery was good value and very fast. Unfortunately, TNT were not at their best for looking after the delivery. I contacted Purple Cat who responded instantly and gave great advice on how to proceed with first checking the contents and then assembling. They provided really quick and effective customer service and liaison with the manufacturer (who had included the wrong instructions - no fault of Purple Cat!). This could have been one of those nightmare passing-the-buck situations but Purple Cat were "on it" and I can highly recommend them. Particular thanks to Jennifer.

I wanted to buy a projector and screen and sent out an enquiry to a number of suppliers. Purple Cat was the joint lowest price and their technical recommendations were, by far, the most comprehensive.

I was looking for a fixed frame projection screen. There is somewhat limited choice getting ahold of one in the UK it seems and many models from makes appear to be imported. Although there was a mistake on the Purple Cat's website informing of stock levels from a manufacturer I was quickly emailed by the store giving me many more options than that were listed on the site or I could wait a bit longer for my original choice. I went for a Celexon Fixed Frame Home Cinema Plus in the end as it has reduced border sizes and makes the screen look less bulky. This was ordered by Purple Cat on a Thursday and I received the box on Monday via UPS (from the manufacturer in Germany I believe). Very speedy.
A little tricky to put the screen together (as fixed frames always are) with a somewhat iffy solution to fit the middle horizontal bars but I got there eventually and the screen looks great on the wall and the material is very taut with no creases or any visual imperfections at all. With my bright projector it almost looks like a 100+ inch TV screen on the wall at times. Great for watching movies, sports and for gaming. Little broadcast TV is watched in my household now anyway.

Communication with Purple Cat was great and I felt there was interest from the company to get me a solution that would work for me with no pressure to pursue an order and they appear to have exceptional competitive pricing. The best around from what I've seen for screens.

If you are looking for a projector screen definitely consider ordering from Purple Cat is my advice!
