Ordered bassinet and nappy bag beginning May and not recieved. Not answering any emails nor have a working number. Bank have challenged them and they have disputed my claim it is a scam yet no goods delivered and still no contact do not buy from this company

Scam. Wish I read the reviews before hand. My order does not exsist even though I got an email that it’s been “shipped” over a month ago. Customer services does NOT answer back, customer service number does NOT work. I’m pissed because my baby is coming and no bassinet. I’m out $50.

Ordered on 11th April, bassinet never arrived, done emails.
Have asked for the refund, have not heard anything back
Order#1369 can’t be tracked at all, the website says order number doesn’t exist

Ordered bassinet on 25th April. Several emails sent. No reply, no order received , order states that it’s been shipped. No updates, no reply and no correspondence from customer services.

I've ordered baby bassinet and back pack for 3weeks. Items haven't arrived and they won't respond to my emails either.

I have ordered a baby crib from this website over 3 weeks and it has not arrived and there is no detailed tracking for it and they do not respond to email, it is a scam

It's a SCAM don't order from this site. I've order a bassinet and until the moment I haven't received the order. I've email them several times and no response. The number on the site its medicare company offering insurance services.

Scam website! They do not respond to emails and my product was never delivered.
Reporting to trading standards.

This is a scam. You will not receive your order and they do not respond to emails. I have reported to trading standards number to call is 0808 223 1133 (took me less than 5 mins). The call handler found their website in seconds, also advised that because they do not put it in writing on the confirmation email the UK statutory 14 days returns for online orders that they have broken UK trading laws. It has to be displayed on the confirmation email, and is not good enough that it is on their website. The call handler also told me how to do a 'charge back' from my bank to get my money returned.
The call hander also explained the more people who report, the quicker UK trading standards can act on them 😁 and also the more people who do charge backs will negatively financially impact them

This site is a scammer. I ordered a baby bassinet 1 month ago they didn’t delivered it yet plus they don’t respond your email. There is no way we can contact them there is not clear contact number available.

Do not buy from this website!! Ordered and paid on the 22nd April, never arrived, no tracking information, no response to emails or support pages. Disputing with my bank

I order 3-1 bassinet 3rd May,absolutely no update at all,iv emailed 4x to still get nothing,it's a scam,iv contract my bank already for refund as iv paid for goods and not received them,DO NOT BUY from purple district.

I ordered a baby bassinet from this website three weeks ago and I haven't heard from them since. No tracking information sent. They completely ignore emails and don't respond to any messages on their Facebook page. This is clearly a SCAM website. Do NOT waste your time or money here. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your money and sanity.
