Cancelled valuation 15minutes beforehand

Requested an valuation of my property, via their online booking.
Several questions I was forced to answer in order to complete the booking; 'how many bedrooms', 'how many bathrooms', 'what type of bathrooms' and so on.
These would have been answered on the valuation!

A day later i receive an text from the local valuer introducing himself, but also asking the EXACT same questions from the booking - I did not respond.

A couple of days later i was waiting and ready for valuation. Fifteen MINUTES prior to booking time and the valuer cancels the valuation stating 'no response from customer'.
Nowhere in his text or comms from the site did it state i had to respond in some way - booking was already confirmed.

I was annoyed. Then it got worse.

Chatty geordie from the main office called me to 'understand why i cancelled the valuation'. Wow - do i detect a semblance of customer service here?

He placated me and assured me that he would rebook there and then with ANOTHER valuer. This turned out to be a lie. The SAME guy was assigned to the valuation. I asked via their contact page if this had been changed, but no one responded, so I cancelled a day before.

No one has contacted me this time.

That's £3299 you just lost, plus the backhander from your conveyancing partner.

Customer service 101: NEVER ASK THE CLIENT FOR THE SAME INFORMATION TWICE

UPDATE:
Thank you Sam for your response. I'm afraid you have NOT reached out to me for any details as you stated.
And why should i care now: YOU'VE LOST MY CUSTOM. And I'll posit that the only valuer in my area is the individual who cancelled it 15 minutes before.
We'd all love to know - is it your systems not sending the answers to your valuer, or your valuer not using the info he's been given??

Brilliant

Brilliant! Could not recommend getting a call with these guys - we had Clare, amazing, so lovely, so informative, it was really easy to do - also the up front costs being spoken about is amazing so transparent and you get so much for your money - I will be using purple bricks once my house is finished and I’ll be fully recommending them to anyone I speak with!

Drastically poor service after the initial few months

My property has been on the market for over a year and hasn't sold. The initial viewings at the beginning have trickled down to around one a month.

We've been through 6 different account managers in that time as they apparently keep leaving the company (which most of the time we aren't notified until the new one gets in touch).

At first we had one local agent who conducted the viewings, she was fantastic and we built a good relationship with her and had her phone number to ask questions and discuss viewings. The service has since been "improved" (reduced) to a centralised company conducting the viewings instead, who sends a different agent each time, with no knowledge of the property or the local area, and whom we have no direct contact with until they show up.

It now feels soulless and money grabbing and have no impression of any interest in attempting to sell my property as you pay upfront so there is no incentive.

I raised a complaint regarding the above issues alongside their app being awful and failing to even notify me when a viewing was booked (which I eventually fixed myself by reinstalling the app as they were no help) My complaint was upheld and a good will gesture of £100 offered which unfortunately still did not improve the level of service. They also seem to have stopped requesting feedback from viewers, even though they say they ask 3 times. I tried to raise this via their online chat feature but it kept timing out because no advisors were available.
