Great Customer Service

Several years ago we purchased a base for our Purple Leaf umbrella. A metal part rusted out and I contacted Purple Leaf customer service. They responded quickly, friendly and resolved which part I needed immediately. The part was out of warranty, so I had to pay a reasonable cost for the part. It arrived quickly and I am back in business.
Excellent exchange of emails and a great level of concern for my issues in a respectful manner. Highly recommend them and their product. I offered a possible solution for the rusted out part that hopefully their designers will take into consideration!

We have 4 of cantilever umbrellas and love them. After a few years, we decided to replace them and the support team found my exact replacement part and color.

The customer service was excellent and they followed up to make sure the order went well. I also appreciated the manual shipping updates - I know that was extra work.

I'm glad that I decided to buy our purple leaf umbrella and stand with wheels. It was fairly easy at age 69 with some help with my wife to install everything. You get what you pay for....excellent quality!!! We love it and highly recommend purple leaf products.

good and responsive customer support

good and responsive customer support. The package for the items for the gazebo were beat to hell but the items were well protected. I did get one of the panels with a bent and chipped paint on it but after contacting customer support they did take care of it.
