The best yoga class you'll ever take

I have been going too Purple Sand Yoga in Silloth with the lovely yoga teacher Lori for nearly 5 years now and anyone sitting on the fence about going just go for it. In her classes you're not taught as a class she treats you all as individuals. She understands we all have different needs and teaches us how to do adjustments using blocks etc so you're not only comfortable but build confidence when doing the poses and flows.
She also does a chair yoga class for people that may have difficulty getting onto the floor. I have benefited immensely from going too these classes not only my body but mentally too as she teaches us breathwork and meditation alongside the yoga.
