Bought as a gift so can only comment on delivery. Very prompt.

I received the wrong set, possibly due to my own error but got the correct set sent out foc and was asked to donate the original to reduce carbon footprint. What a lovely idea! Purple turtle were very responsive with contacting me and I had it all sorted on the same day with the new set arriving 48hrs later.
Beautifully made and won't hesitate to order again in the future

Sent a gift to the wrong address. On contacting them they responded quickly (contact via website message submission not email) and resent the item without me having to pay postage. Have seen this item at my friends house (a propagator) and it is super cool.

I bought it as a gift, and it came so beautifully (and sustainably) packaged I didn't feel the need to wrap it, so extra green points right there! Form and function beautifully balanced - my friend loves it.

I ordered a lovely little propagation station. It arrived promptly and was beautifully wrapped and presented with a beautiful card (an optional extra - and well worth it).
All the items were well-wrapped and secure. Unfortunately, one of the glass vases happened to be broken but Purple Turtle were amazing and responded quickly to my email even on a Sunday! Amazing customer service.
The products are well made and good looking. I'll definitely buy from then again 😁
