We order a light in 6th January, had no end of problems with delivery(which there was no attempt at being delivered, we finally received the light this week. The light is of poor standard and now we are having problems returning it, we have had it for 3 days trying to returning it. no free returns, be careful when using this company

This is a further review for Purry Home. Previously I gave them a 1 star review. I am pleasantly surprised we have come to a resolution with my complaint and have agreed on a refund compromise. I am impressed that they came back to me to solve my complaint without having to pay large postage costs.

Do not order from this website.they do not accept returns and will ask you to keep item at reduced price even though this is not mentioned in return policy. They then ask you to return to Czech Republic!!! You have to pay postage yourself. It cost me £68 to return they did not take the package back and now saying it was not within the return date. I send the package back within 1 week of receiving.
This is a fraud company

I was looking for something different for ceiling lights and found the perfect thing on this site, I was slightly nervous because of some negative reviews, however decided to proceed as I couldn't find anything similar.
I was kept fully updated with the tracking and the product arrived in good condition and the quality was what I'd hoped for. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Our order was delayed due to holidays, but the team informed us late about it.

The finishing of the product could have been better, however the overall experience with the store was fine.

I ordered a chandilier but one of the bulb was missing. I had immediate chat with the customer agent Michelle and she helped me dispatched the missing part the very next day. 5 star for Michelle though !

We bought a ceiling lamp from them. The quality was very good with classic finish. The delivery was sadly delayed but we were kept updated on the tracking. So decent experience overall.

Do not use this site it is a scam. No product delivered and no refund. I have had to ask my card issuer to investigate and refund my money
