I have been working closely with Stacey to set up a new branch integration and making sure it all syncs with our other branches. He has been integral in arranging delivery of the hardware promptly and arranging for the new software set up. He has been at the end of the phone for any of my queries and handled them very quickly and came back to me with updates. Although there has been some minor teething issues he has been able to assist in getting these rectified efficiently. The pursuit system is a great system to use as your stock management system as well as having the option to process sales and repairs. All of the support staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It has been a great assistance to have Stacey on hand to avoid any delays with set up.

Excellent training was provided before hand from Lily and during the installation period.
Stacy has been great at continuously being on top of any queries we have had, which has made the process very smooth. Our new till system is easy to use and makes the transaction process for our customers much more easier.
