When I received my order from UPS, my package came damaged and so did one of my items. When I reached out to the company and provided the details of what happened along with some photos, I received a quick response along with apologies for what happened. I do not blame the company for UPS's mishandling of packages, but I did provide some feedback on securing the products to protect from the mishandling from UPS in the future. Their customer service, was kind and welcoming to my feedback and promised to send me out a new product to replace the one that got damaged. I received my replacement product, in perfect condition. I truly appreciate how Purus handled the situation. Not only is their customer service excellent, their product is COA verified and awesome. I highly recommend them and will be definitely purchase from them again.
