I placed an online order for a small item on June 7 and received an email confirming the order — but never received any shipping confirmation. I contacted the seller twice via email and called three times, with no response. Finally, on June 22 — 15 days later — I received an email reply from a lady at the shop who informed me that the item was out of stock.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Ignoring multiple emails and phone calls, only to finally respond over two weeks later, is beyond unprofessional. I’m now trying to obtain a refund.
AVOID this shop on Yonge Street in Toronto — worst customer service I’ve experienced in 40 years! To make matters worse, this was meant to be a birthday gift, and now I have nothing.
