Water really tastes way better with the filter, and its nice to feel there’s less garbage in the water.

Delivery takes quite a bit though, but once you get the replacements regularly that doesn't really matter

Filters do what they do, improve the wayer taste/quality.

I don't have to worry about refill jugs or running out of filtered water anymore. It just comes straight from the tap and tastes good too.

We’ve grown tired of drinking the ‘healthy’, counter productive alternative to tap water; mineral water in plastic bottles. Since switching to puure we’ve not only noticed a reduction in limescale and plastic waste for recycling but our tap water tastes so much better. In fact the whole family did a taste test and the water no longer tastes of anything compared to the distinctly chlorinated flavour before the filter was fitted (which only too seconds)

Excellent water filter system

Excellent customer service and love the product.

Easy to fit, water quality is great and so easy to use when compared to a jug.

Marketing fad, useless when it comes to actual filtering and improving water quality. Makes absolutely no difference

Additionally:
- shipping is from China and takes at least a week which is not mentioned except in fine print on page 7 of terms and conditions (the website mentions express shipping which by no means is "express)
- the valve switching tap water and filter broke after a year making the whole contraption useless
- when attempting to remove the filter to chuck in a bin where it belongs the plastic adapter broke and needed extra work to remove and replace

On the plus side (not that it matters):
- sleek design
- faucet adapters are handy and make things easier before they break

So if you're after a trendy gadget shipped from China and doing nothing to quality of your water this is your product!

But if either money or water quality matter stay away

Easy to fit, well made, delay from order to delivery was overly long by current standards. All adapters needed to fit to various taps included with silicon gaskets. Having a female threaded connection I had to use one but despite tightening as much as I dare still leaking when using filter. Might try reconnect after PTFE tape applied? An additional note, my experience so far is that there is no noticeable change in my drinking water taste, advertising implies it? I can only assume it is filtering out the nasties, fingers crossed. Perhaps it will be noticeable when checking/changing filter?

The filtered water has a most pleasing taste over the unfiltered and it sparkles when pouring and sunlight catches it just right.
