How can you advertise next day delivery but you do not deliver the next day? You are then selling fake promises. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Bedankt voor je review, dat is altijd nuttig voor andere bezoekers, maar dan moet het wel correct zijn natuurlijk!
Jouw bestelling van 31/8 18h29 is bij ons gisteren 1/9 vertrokken en zit momenteel bij de chauffeur van GLS voor levering vandaag 2/9.
Wij adverteren inderdaad levering de volgende dag voor bestelling geplaatst tot 12h, dat is de middag, niet 23h59 of 24h - wij zijn een kleine KMO en werken geen nachten!
Jouw bestelling was van 18h29 en wordt dan ook pas de volgende werkdag 1/9 volledig correct en professioneel verwerkt voor levering de volgende dag op 2/9 = vandaag dus!

Your order was placed at 18:29 and was therefore only processed fully and professionally on the next working day, 1 September, for next-day delivery on 2 September – which is today!

Dear Frank, thanks for your review. I understand you are dissatisfied with the delivery by FedEx for which we already apologised on several occasions in our communication.
The investigation with FedEx is still ongoing as I tried to explain to you on at least 5 occasions. As far as we can see the item is still being held by customs and as not yet been released back to FedEx or onforwarded to Royal Mail. We still expect it to be delivered once customs will release it…

The brand has indeed made some changes in their production techniques which might not be visible in the pictures depicted on the website, but the item you received is the correct one. And as I also explained, if you are not happy with the product, you have 60 days to return the item to us for exchange or refund. That is indeed no problem and your legal right.
