Puzzle Junction is an immersive design studio specialising in narrative-led exhibitions, visitor experiences and heritage engagement. We work with museums, cultural organisations, visitor attractions, local authorities and public sector partners to create experiences that strengthen people's connection to place, history and story. Our work combines creative storytelling with structured project delivery, ensuring every experience is imaginative, practical and aligned with the objectives of the organisations we work with. Whether developing an exhibition, designing a self-guided visitor experience, creating an immersive heritage programme or producing interactive interpretation, we focus on creating meaningful experiences that encourage audiences to participate rather than simply observe. A distinctive part of our approach is real-world game design. By combining narrative, puzzles, interactive systems and audience choice, we create experiences that invite visitors to actively explore, discover and engage with their surroundings. We believe that participation creates deeper emotional connections and makes stories more memorable. Founded in 2021, Puzzle Junction builds on more than 15 years of experience in immersive design, creative production and large-scale visitor experiences. We work across physical, digital and hybrid formats, using technology where it enhances the visitor experience while ensuring story always remains at the centre of every project. Puzzle Junction operates as a collaborative studio, bringing together trusted specialists in design, architecture, fabrication, projection, technology and creative production to deliver projects responsibly and effectively. The studio is led by Creative Director Eleanor Appleton, whose background spans immersive theatre, narrative design and large-scale creative production. She works closely with clients and collaborators to develop experiences that are rooted in place, responsive to audiences and delivered with clarity, creativity and attention to detail. We are passionate about creating immersive experiences that inspire curiosity, encourage exploration and leave visitors with lasting memories. Every review helps us continue improving our work and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and audiences.

Incredible interactive experience at Plas Mawr, Conwy. The Mystery of the Severed Heads. Highly recommended. We did your Alice trail in Llandudno last year and loved that, too. Can't wait for the next one!
