We're Puzzle Post – A small (but mighty!) team based in London that makes Puzzle Games Designed to be shared and bring people together. Whether you’re solving clues around the dinner table, racing to unlock a secret message, or trying to outwit your most competitive friend, our games are built for moments that get people talking (and thinking, and laughing- sometimes all at once)! We don’t do boring. We do stories with secrets, clues hidden in menus, and online vaults that won’t open unless you crack the code. Think: escape room meets dinner party meets “wait, what just happened?”. From writing storylines and designing puzzles to testing every clue and sending your game- we do it all ourselves, with a lot of care (and usually a lot of snacks). We’re big on surprises, obsessed with storytelling, and perfectionists about paper stock. Oh, and everything we make is 100% plastic-free and recyclable! You’ll find no plastic, no filler, and no boring bits- just original, immersive games made to surprise, challenge and delight. From birthday gifts, dinner parties, marriage proposals to Christmas morning chaos- we’ve got something for everyone!

Bought the Taskmaster advent calendar for my husband. What a blast, we had so much fun trying to work out the clues. Some we managed quite quickly, some took a little longer.
Will definitely be getting another one for next year.

The Taskmaster Advent Calendar is outstanding. (No spoilers.)!I can highly recommend this to fans of the show. Splendid puzzles. Inventive “out of the box” ideas and even interactive tasks! If there is a 2026 edition, I am definitely getting it. It was great fun working out the puzzles with the family. It was rarely just one person solving. Usually a team effort. Great fun.

Very disappointing game. Very difficult to follow and once you have worked out the code the endgame is ridiculously underwhelming I would absolutely not recommend!

Poor.
Each number you must find is not in order.
The clues are as useless as the original instructions.
Would not recommend, may just be a bad one of the available as the concept is good.

Got the secret set for christmas, love doing puzzles and escape room type stuff, puzzles are generally good however absolutely full of AI art. it ruins the experience knowing they couldn't be bothered to pay any artists. AI slop

We did this as a post Christmas game for family, so much fun! It was five adults; I think it would have been too difficult for children, but it was the right level for us - some parts easier and one part in particular that we had to use the very helpful clues! We enjoyed the story, and were rooting for the characters, but really it was the quality of the puzzle - what a range of ways to discover series of numbers and letters! It took us the first part of an evening and we finished it off the next morning. Will definitely recommend and are already planning on getting another one for the next family get together.

Bought and played Inheritance. Not good. Very difficult, answers were tenuous, everyone lost interest and still can't get to the answer for the stained glass window. Dont waste your money.

Played The Secret Set with my family, was an enjoyable experience and good value for money. Would recommend additional props/puzzles (for more more than 3 players), would also like to have the order of the puzzle on them (e.g. p1.p2 etc) for the code so we are doing it in the correct order order.

We did the festive confession mystery at home after we have enjoyed a home murder mystery from another brand. We found this one weirdly complicated in odd ways, managed about half of it without clues. Then the clues kinda undid what we did, which made it frustrating and we didn't complete it because it was no longer fun. We're relatively educated folk and enjoyed ones with other brands. But the things inside were presented nicely. Probably better suited to a bigger group, we were just us 2.

The interaction with the clues provided made the experience seem realistic. Great family fun.

What an incomprehensible waste of time. Everyone decided to give up after 30 minutes so compared to the 90 minutes solution time we at least got an hour of our lives back.

We have bought a few of these puzzles over the years and enjoyed them however our most recent purchase of The Confession was not a good one. The clues are obscure , not enough /good direction to get you going , one clue required sending an email and the email did not work so we could not get the answer .
Also the clues on the Christmas hat were a complete design flaw . All in all a very disappointing experiencing and we will not be wasting money on these puzzles again. It was not a fun experience

Received ‘The Confession’ for Christmas. Big escape room and puzzle fan.
A good mix of easy and difficult puzzles with a nice range of solve styles. Most hint sufficiently at how to find the solutions so if you get them wrong you can easily understand what you’ve missed, but a couple of them really could have multiple answers in the end, which left the group a bit dissatisfied.
The main issue was the really embarrassing use of AI in places, especially for a game where the plot is based around a pantomime. It immediately undermined the puzzles knowing the team were willing to cut corners like that, meaning we went in assuming the worst. Though the puzzles were then better considered than we had worried, it’s still just insulting, especially when it’s not disclosed on the packaging at all.

Delivery and communication was ultra fast, thank you. Game was testing enough to stretch us but still be fun. Loved it!

Really disappointed with the crackers we bought which were £25. On the box it said 30 questions inside, but the crackers all had the same questions inside so we were unable to play the game properly and only had 5 questions. On the box it showed different coloured party hats and different questions but this wasn’t the case. Very disappointing especially on Christmas Day.

Great puzzle. There was much temptation to use the clues but we stuck with it and eventually figured it all out.

This was a really bizarre activity - impossible without the clues and even the answers were obscure. Really fed up with this waste of money. Very disappointed- had been saving it for Christmas and feel very let down.

I love doing puzzles but this was not what I expected. We had to use the clues, but they didn't give us much help. Very disappointed. A wasted 2 hours!!

Good fun but unfortunately 2 of the crackers were identical! Same jokes and tasks, surely having 6 unique crackers in the box should be expected.
