I ordered a turtle puzzle and had ordered a "small" one. The pieces are miniscule and were very hard to even pick up. How could they even sell something like this? I was not satisfied and since they say "100% Satisfaction" I wrote and told them I wasn't. We went back and forth several times, they did not want to give me a refund. They kept offering me 20% off another one. They continued to be argumentative and avoided giving me a refund. After MANY emails I finally got an answer for me to send pictures of the puzzle. I did that and more emails, finally they said to send them the puzzle and they would review it and let me know if I would get a refund. This was a $2.99 item and almost $10 in shipping!
I find this company to be very unreliable and uncooperative in every way. Very hard to deal with. You'd think with such a small amount they would gladly refund my money, but they just kept on evading the issue. I'm sure the puzzles are beautiful but it's just not worth the aggravation! Very bad company and company policies!!!!!

I got everything I ordered out of 2 seperate orders. My only complaint is that the photo included for the puzzle.. really needs to have the outer ring. On my first two puzzles, I could NOT get the outer ring to work with the other puzzle pieces. It is fristrating to say the least. It might be awhile before I even try the new ones I got.

The puzzles are so beautiful and high-quality, we put them on the wall.

I wrote to them to tell them about a puzzle that I received that was missing a couple of pieces. I sent them a picture of the constructed puzzle and they are sending me a new one! I have purchased several of these and this was the first one that had anything missing. I so love these puzzles! They’re unique. Not at all like the puzzles we’re all used to. The graphics are beautiful. The pieces are different and challenging. I’m sure I’ll buy more!

I have received positive feedback on an issue related to one puzzle missing a piece that is being replaced.
Concerns regarding issues related to other puzzles ordered were resolved expeditiously.
I have learned to live with exaggerated delivery schedules as these are shipped from overseas.
Price/value is worthy.

I Love the puzzles that I purchased! They are fun and challenging! They are also well made and will last a long time, I look forward to handing them down to my Kids and Grandkids, Keepsakes

This is a beautiful product and the customer service is fantastic. When I received a notice that my puzzles had been delivered, I contacted cistomer service to let them know I hadn't received them yet. Anna explained that the notice goes out when it's at USPS and should be at my home in 1-2 days. It was and she was so quick and professional in her response. The only recommendation I would make is to buy the larger sizes of puzzle. They are exquisite in their detail and I believe they will be even better when I order the larger ones!

These are very good puzzles, and the staff provides excellent customer support. The smaller puzzles are perfect as an impromptu gift for young people.

How quick and responsive Anna was in getting back to me after my order was not delivered. Sadly this company is going out of business, but I have shared majority of my orders with Family and friends and they really appreciate the art work of the puzzles.

After initially sending me the wrong product, Crafthub sent me two replacements in no time at all and emailed me with updates throughout. Really friendly staff going the extra mile to put things right. Great customer service and once i received my puzzle i was delighted with the quality.

Ordered 2 puzzles on1/14/25. It is now 3/4/25 & still no puzzles!!!

My 1st order was lost, reached out and was contacted right away by Anna. So helpful, a new order was sent and recieved. Been putting the puzzles together, great quality and challenging enough to be really fun.

I received a message stating that my order had been delivered. However, I had not. I emailed puzzles.com and Anna got right back to me immediately saying that sometimes that happens, and not to worry, I would definitely received it. Which I did. Thanks so much, great customer service.,

I ordered 3 puzzles even though ordering off F.B. ads makes me skeptical. After waiting 2 weeks, I contacted the company and they said the package showed it was recently delivered.
It turned out the carrier put them in my neighbor's mailbox and they were out of town! Craft Hub promptly responded by sending a link to the FedEx tracking website, so I was assured this company was legitimate. Their correspondence was courteous and they answered my messages promptly. I think PuzzleUp and CraftHub are the same company, as I bought from the latter, but was sent to this PuzzleUp link.

The small puzzles are about 6 inches around. I was hoping they would be larger, but they are pretty and still challenging.
The smaller puzzles come in a clear, strong container with the picture inside. The Medium comes in your typical puzzle box with the picture on the front. It's a gift, so I can't speak to the size.
There is a paint smell but it faded enough to be standable.
All in all, being the puzzles are unique, pretty and challenging, I think the price for the size is still good. Thanks Craft Hub.

First of all they advertised they were going out of business. They are not. This was a scam. Secondly, I received an email from them on February 18 stating that the puzzle I ordered had arrived. I have a locking mailbox and cameras all over my property. No puzzle ever arrived! I called the company and somebody said my puzzle was in the mail. They gave me a new tracking number. I just tracked it again today and I see that although the tracking number was created on February 19, they are still waiting for the item to arrive for shipping. Today is March 3, I purchased this puzzle, and paid a lot of money for shipping, on January 27. not having a good feeling about this…

I bought 8 small puzzles,they are so cute with fun different designs within the pieces and beautifully colored. I will be purchasing more for gifts for there are many different options to choose from for all ages!!
