Very happy with the frame, it came promptly and fits my puzzle perfectly. It's a great way to display it 😀

I’ve had 3 puzzles made and sent by this company. All fine except company says it works 24/7, only it’s not possible to contact them about a recent order. I would have preferred to save my multi photo puzzle until I’d spoken to them only there is no facility to save before completing the purchase and once you’ve completed it, they won’t change anything. Their phone lines are no longer answered, even in office hours. Any queries by email, they answer 72 hours later, by which time the order has been despatched. Useless! I needed to change the address it was to be sent to. They were inflexible. I don’t rate them on customer service although the puzzles are okay.

It's an absolutely beautiful puzzle! It was a gift to someone who has done many many puzzles before and he's very impressed with the great quality. I also got a great service.

Purchased the 500 piece puzzle as a Christmas gift. Very pleased with the excellent image quality, finish and cut of the puzzle pieces. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Didn't not deliver and the communication was very bad, they do not reply to emails and after days of ringing the uk number they said sorry we are closed till new year.

Never helped to find out where the parcel was and didn't reply if they will refund the money.

Please be aware of it not a good company to deal with

Poor. Not answering calls or emails after failing to deliver goods .. after taking money of course.

Not on insta or Twitter etc.. so dire customer service awaits anyone with an issue.

They are good at sending emails demanding I pay for P+P again however.

Avoid at all costs.

This was such a cool present for a colleague! I can't rate the quality of the inside product as I only saw the box, but it was wrapped, with our picture and title on the front which made it look super professional and really cool. He was chuffed when he received it.
The turnaround was also really quick, took a week and arrived exactly when they estimated. Thank you! I wish I knew more people who liked puzzles to buy them this for Christmas.

Ordered 1000 piece jigsaw with collage of Mothers dog for Xmas. Website options for jigsaw very good and easy to use and prices vey fair. Received jigsaw in fabulous illustrated box within a few days and very, very pleased with it. Mum will love it and would defo use again. Thank you.

So pleased with the puzzle, by far the best website for muti photo design. Love that you can write a message on the box. It was made and sent with such speed. Although a bit over budget for me it was worth paying for the quality and service. It's a brilliant 50th birthday present for friend.

I was very pleased with the puzzle that I recieved and the box that it came in. Looked very professional and was very high quality. They sorted the issue that I had very quickly and I was very impressed with the customer service.

Quick turnaround times, fast delivery, great quality personalised puzzle and makes a lovely present! Would highly recommend it although slightly more expensive than I thought it was going to be.

I received my jigsaw really quickly and it looks fantastic. Using a picture that I had made, it looks just as good as any "shop bought" jigsaw with a lovely box and good quality pieces. I am really pleased with it - thank you so much!
