We are a small/medium sized surveying company and whilst we don't have the need for an in house HR specialist, we rely on Sian from People Vision 2-3 times a year on average and she is simply excellent.

Her advice is easy to understand and no non-sense and gives management the confidence to follow through with often difficult decisions.

The experience with People Vision was brilliant from the start. We were searching for a facilitator who would take the time to understand exactly what we wanted to achieve rather than just roll out the same old patter about the benefits of team-working, since we already did that very well.

People Vision quickly understood the subtleties of working with our already excellent group. The original plan was an away-day but Covid-19 put a stop to that. Instead, the programme was developed very carefully and with great attention to detail around 4 one-hour workshops that were delivered in such a welcoming and positive way that at the end of each there was a distinct “buzz” and everyone had huge smiles. The feedback afterwards was always very positive.

Engagement in on-line workshops such as these is sometimes difficult to force upon very busy and technically-motivated people. But the workshops offered much that was new and its delivery was so empathetically tailored to the needs of our group that each workshop was eagerly anticipated and attendance numbers grew as word got around. The workshops had great attention to detail, great timing, contained good advice along with many subtleties and hints, they were delivered by a highly intelligent, motivational and engaging person (Grainne) and were great fun.

Grainne's presentation slides were well structured and informative and she presented with great clarity. Her technical prowess and mastery over Zoom was also very impressive as she quickly and easily broke the group down into small teams for quick exercises, reconvened the group and kept up the momentum by picking up the threads and moving straight on.

I would recommend People Vision to any company and I fully expect to use them again when Covid is finally beaten.

My team had a Belbin workshop in Taunton with a qualified trainer and everyone loved it! The trainer was super engaging, the workshop was good fun and the stuff we talked about - very true. It was a good way to explore the team dynamics and appreciate the different role every team member has.

They ran a free zoom for our members during Covid-19 lockdown which was appreciated by all.
