Leon at Pymm & Co could not have been more helpful. From my initial view of the property right through to completion he kept me informed of progress and any queries I had he was very prompt to reply (which put me at ease as I am a first time buyer). I would highly recommend him and Pymm & Co for their services.

My previous tenant gave notice and a new one was found very quickly. Communication about viewings and prospective tenants was addressed in a very timely manner. Customer service has been excellent throughout. Thanks to Tia for your assistance.

The lady at the viewing was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel welcome into the home. Then when I rang the office the person I spoke to on the phone was also lovely and sent me everything we needed straight away.

My query was handled quickly and efficiently. Jackie responded promptly, was very polite, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent service and would happily recommend them to others.

Some of their contractors’s quotes are very high though.

Leon at Pymm & Co has been excellent throughout our house search and purchase process. He has been professional, friendly, approachable, and very easy to deal with from start to finish. Nothing has felt like too much trouble, and he has always taken the time to answer questions clearly and keep things moving.

What has stood out most is Leon’s helpful attitude and the way he has made the whole process feel much less stressful. Buying a house can be daunting, but he has been supportive, responsive, and reassuring throughout. We have felt that he genuinely cares about giving a good service rather than just pushing a sale through.

I can’t recommend Leon at Pymm &Co enough. Leon helped me buy my property 2 years ago and guided me through every step of the way. Now 2 years on has now helped me to sell the same property on in a matter of days.
