The simply best pyroshop of Europe. You should probably wait your order a few weeks, but you will get everything without problems. The waiting time is very understandable, because this shop is very popular and the quality of goods is excellent. I have experience of this shop during a few years.

So, I contacted their email again (like last year) and got the list. I sent it back, transferred the money on the 13th of November, and waited. Two days later, I received a reply saying I should get the tracking during the upcoming week. It's now been almost two weeks, and I’ve received nothing on my end.

From other reviews I’ve seen, delays seem to be a common issue here. While I understand that things can get busy, the lack of communication is frustrating. A simple reminder or update letting me know there’s a delay would go a long way instead of leaving me in the dark.

I’ll edit this review if I get the tracking.

Edit #1: As of November 25th, I still haven’t received any updates regarding the delay or tracking information. I also noticed that my messages on their Instagram account have been read but left unanswered. I really like this company, but the lack of communication is truly disappointing.

Edit #2: On the 27th of November, I finally received a reply stating there was an issue with my address, and they couldn’t process it. It was disappointing to realize two weeks were wasted on this, but I was relieved that things seemed to be moving forward. I provided a new address and asked if everything was okay or if I needed to do anything else.

As of the 1st of December, I still hadn’t received a reply. I was left wondering—was the new address accepted? Are the goods on their way? Do I need to provide more information? While I understand they’re processing a large volume of orders, better communication would have made the experience much smoother. Once again, I was left waiting for an update. :/

6th December: IT FINALLY CAME!
Yes, there were delays, but in the end, I received everything I ordered. The items were well-packed and safely wrapped, so I’m happy with the product.

The only recommendation I have for the email team is to provide quicker replies—it would make a big difference! :> I understand you’re super busy during the season and have a lot on your plate, but when I don’t get a reply for a week, it can be a bit of a letdown.

Overall, I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to order high-quality pyrotechnics!

Never replied on mails nor did they ship any goods. Avoid at all cost

Now its 3nov and i have received the tracking link, im waiting for the delivery when the package arrives I will edit this review with further information.

Now its 5nov and i have received the order, 2 of the shells have been damaged a little bit but not the projectile only the power that lunch it, and rhat is probably bc of the shipping, the site is legit.

I have bought from here many times. But this time i was missing 5 packs of Pirate K0203K i messaged them no reply back. That's why i'm only giving 3 stars

After ive had great email communication, sending my shopping list (Excel Table) with all the information needed, they replied with an email which included bank transfer information for me to pay. I did immediately pay the required amount and didn’t get any reply till now. The payment of 281 euros was at oct.21, now it’s 23. october and i haven’t received any information still if my package was sent or something like a tracking number. Sure i completely understand that u are really busy packaging other orders, but the time where u’ve sent your money and don’t get any reply after is horrible for first time ordering customers.

At the 28. of october i have finally received a GLS tracking Number. The package was then handed out to GLS at the 5. of November a little delayed because of a lot of orders coming in.
Its the 7. of nov now and i have received the heavy package which was packed really well and secure, even with industrial Zip ties around it. Im really pleased with the service they provided and looking forward to make business with pyrofire again.

It took longer for them to reply on my messages and deliver the goods but eventually it arrived.

I just received my third order from them. No problems so far. Everything is very well packaged and secured in the box. I definitely recommend them.

Pyrofire is trusted but I don't know about shipping. What if they open the package and I get caught?

!!! update I got my tracking number I am waiting to receive !!

Order arrived and delivered in 1 week to PT. Apart from the late communication through Instagram and an update on their email (the email on the website should be updated), everything was smooth and got a text message with estimated arrival of the package on the day. It came right on time to celebrate, thank you guys for making it happen! Will order more in the future from this place 💪 Cheers
