Hello, I am writing because you may kindly answer in public why I did not receive any information about the order number 4516 by e-mail after payment over 110 euros. If I do not get a reply, the case is referred to the police.

This is a complete SCAM. They will just take your money and will not send anything.
Nevertheless, they will soon regret this action. Hosting is not anonymous, neither is getting crypto out ;)

this is the worst online store i have ever used and in the end i found out that it was a single scam and they passed me around for 500 euros and i can only say that the man who did this is the one who would do it and would rather kill him, but really such a website should be abolished so that they do not deceive other people who do it but need to be imprisoned

I made an order three weeks ago, paid the fully amount but never got my products!
I sent more than 15 emails to Pyroguns and no reply after the payment anymore.

Paid by Paysafecard and checked that they used it for an online gambling website.

No confirmation, no track and trace, nothing. They are fakers and thiefs!!!

Hopefully the police will check this, i have proof of my order.

SCAM WEBSITE FRAUDED ME FOR OVER 450 euros, HE SAID THAT THE 30% coupon code didnt include Pyro so he asked ”fished” for another 100 euros and sended over 10 emails but after payment i havent heard from him since then, and he doesnt reply my emails. No tracing Numbers nothing. Hope he burns in hell!!

The order number is #3143.
They demanded immediately to pay like 80 EUR more, and that was it. One reply "You order will be shipped tonight!" (Sunday, yeah, sure). So almost a month later nothing from them and no reply to my mails.

AVOID THIS SHOP! I have screenshots and proofs of my order.
There is nothing on the address, no phone numbers, I am sorry for myself to fall in such scam.

The seller stops replying once you send money, They will assure you the negative reviews are just their competition. They accept Amazon gift cards and BTC, That's a red flag if anything, Amazon gift cards are not a valid payment for anything outside of Amazons control. You can't get a refund. Despite the 100% money back guarantee. I tried, And they told me to send a Bitcoin address. They know i didn't have one since i payed with a gift card. Again, Please avoid this shop, Save your money and don't be a fool like me. You have been warned.

Well where to begin. Upon browsing there so called products and purchasing a few things. There communication to get the payment is brilliant however once they have received the payment don't expect a reply. I sent them multiple emails regarding order status or even tracking number nothing. They emailed me before asking me to remove a previous bad review on them they pretty much said to me which I have still got the email if you don't remove this review we will keep your money and cancel the order. But I think they forgot they already did that before they even sent that email. first time this has ever happend to me on a site like this. I got a full refund from the flexepin payment from my bank.... people just stay clear well clear of this site I've been looking around the internet on this so called website it's very negative and I am not the only one reporting this..

In continuation of my earlier review, in which I described how I was scammed by this site, I found the indisputable prove that PYROGUNS.EU is 100% fake.

In the "about us" section on their site, they write that they are a part of Pyrotech SRO. So I decided to find out what kind of company Pyrotech SRO is. In the Slowak version of the chamber of commerce, and some financial sites, I found the company quite easily and there were multiple persons mentioned as contact persons for this company.

I got in contact with one of them (out of privacy reasons I wont mention her name) and I straight forward asked her about PYROGUNS.EU.

This was her answer:

In these days we will with our layer process the complaint against the unknown culprit for illegal activities and abusing of our company goodwill at the Police of Slovak Republic. I can just recommend you to do the same to avoid other people to be scammed and robbed. In the case of further assistance of me or our layer, please feel free to contact me.

SO DON'T BELIEVE PYROGUNS.EU, DON'T BUY THERE, YOU'LL GET SCAMMED! PYROGUNS.EU DOESN'T SELL STUFF, THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY.

And trustpilot: I don't know what your policy is on fake webshops, but shouldn't you take steps of some kind?

I had write review like 3-4 weeks ago that they scammed me, but then suddenly they replied to my email and sad "Dear sir, We are no scam. We have seen that you placed a review without any reason? Do you want us to cancel the order?" they ordered that I delete my review and only then they will send my order, but I had receive email 2018-12-29 that they had send it, but that was a lie, later they "send" it again and sad "Only will take 5-7 working days." and it was before 13 days. I have write them like 4 email and they have't replay. they scammed me on 260 Eur. in bitcoins. And I know they going report this review like fake one, or that buyer doesn't have buying experience but that totally bs. I hope they going close soon.
