Helpful customer service but...
I purchased the 3x3m ceiling track. The 3m lengths are made up of two 1.5m sections. In my experience/opinion, the connection in the middle of the sliding track to create the full 3m length isn’t strong enough and creates sagging in the middle, meaning that the lights don’t slide across as seamlessly as they should. This should be one solid 3m piece or connected more securely. The rest of the product seems to be of good quality. Customer services were helpful in trying to resolve the situation.
