received aliexpress goods

AVOID!!!
Due to payment errors accidentally purchased twice Q-mount max
2pcs arrived to France quickly, around a week. But what a surprise! I received 2pcs mounts very similar to Q-Mount, but with KEWIG logos on them, after quick search I found those KEWIG mounts on aliexpress for a 20eur instead of 42eur what I paid for each qmount.
Of course q-mount customer service never replied to any of my emails. No any customer service or buyer protection.

I've been using Q-Mount for a couple of years. Needed accessories for mounting on my new motorcycle. Shipment was incomplete. Multiple attempts to contact have received no response whatever. Good product, a shame the customer service is so bad. Recommend you don't purchase from them.

No legal return policy, not available for contact.

Should have read other references in the web before buying from them. I had to experience the same issue when trying to return my item.
No contact phone number or company address in the web. No answers to email at all until I told them that I am reporting them to the authorities.

On the web they claim that they will send a return shipping label.
After I finally got them to respond, I found out they are based in Lithuania and they will not provide a label.

The law is that online purchases can be returned within 30 days.
Their answer was then that they only accept 14 days, which is against the law.

As other customers have complained that when they finally received a return shipping address, they did not get their money back, I am not returning my unit.

Absolutely unprofessional behavior, not in compliance with the law and not customer oriented.
No matter how good the products may or may not be: DO NOT BUY THERE is my recommendation!

No product and no support

After 12 days contact them that I still hadn't gotten an email regarding shipping.
They replied very fast telling me that they would investigate and if necessary send a new one with express.
After that they didn't reply to any of my emails or question via their website.

Very disappointed in their customer support. If they have any...

Product had arrived today, 3 weeks too late.
But no replies to my emails whatsoever, so the bad review stands.

Do NOT buy a-mount product!!

Do NOT buy a-mount product! I bought 3, one Pro and two Easy about a year ago. The first Easy broke after 2-3 days, and the Pro a couple of months later. The last Easy is still in the box as I can not trust it. The follow-up from Q-mount has been the worst; total ghosting.

Q-Mount support was not delivered or refunded

I have bought a Q-Mount support on Jun 2023 and I'm still waiting for the delivery (Jan 2024).

Already send a lot of emails and contact requests but I still don't have the Q-Mount support or the refund.

Very, very, very poor service.

SCAM SITE

They Are very unprofessional, As many have stated they reply once and then they disappear. My order is stuck for months and they say they wil investigate and send via express shipping. they have only one email address and no phone number or postal address. in short DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR TRUST THIS COMPANY The info@ q-mount.eu does not exist so trust pilot please find another email

Q-mount failed to fulfill order. No reply to emails for two months

Placed and order on 17 July 2023, the confirmation of the order was prompt and professional. The tracking number provided did not work on the DHL website. Sent an email to Q-mount on 27 July, they responded promptly on the 28th of July informing they would investigate, and send the package via express if the parcel was found to be missing. Heard nothing thereafter so sent a follow up email on 5 August, no reply. Checked with DHL who informed the tracking number is invalid and that I should follow up with Q-mount. Still not receiving a reply from Q-mount I sent another follow up email on 11 August asking the status of the investigation. Q-mount responded since on 31 Aug 2023, stating the parcel was lost, and they would send using express shipping. Since then no further communication despite follow up emails sent: 27 September 2023, 06 September 2023, 31 August 2023, and 29 October 2023 with regards to the status of the order.

The q-mount easy product (smartphone holder) ist not turnable for 360°. It simply is fixed.
For a refund i am still waiting since mid of august. Today is sept. 9th. Sending back from Germany to Lithuania is expensive and i have to pay by myself.
I will not buy again from Q-Mount

No contact, no support, lack of refunds

They are known for not replying to customers, no contact from their side whatsoever. No phone number available either. I did not receive any answer from them. What is worse is that in reality they are not offering any refunds or returns despite stating that on their website which is against the law. Do not buy anything from them.

Still waiting

2 units bought on 23rd Nov. Tracking app shows that nothing has moved since 25th Nov. Company so far has not replied to my enquiry about it. Been waiting for 4 weeks and it was supposed to be a Xmas present.

Very good quality

I received it from the post office in the other day. At first, I didn't like the packaging. It's nothing special, and was very negative just from the start. But I ride my bike today with Q-Mount Easy attached, and holding my phone. I bought it on discount for €24 shipping included. I must say that for price/quality ratio, I'm very happy that I didn't choose Quad Lock which is a lot more expensive competitor. It's very solid, keeps the phone firm, and very practical. Very good product won my heart very quickly. I didn't regret buying it.

Company is a joke I spent about £80 when I had a problem after service was none blocked my comments on Facebook so I couldn't comment and dont answer any email what a company they can take your money fast as soon as there is a problem they don't want to no 😡
