Scam company. Disputes are useless.
Scammers that will do anything to get their hands onto any little amount of money.
Horrendous support and claims or disputes are basically useless. Unfortunately they own large amounts of areas for parking in all major cities, but if you are to ever use their areas, make sure you triple check your license plate because a simple mistake can lead you with a fine they will not waive nor attempt to make their own investigation.
Enjoy your 960kr fine, go sit on a shaft.

Will charge you for sessions not related to you
App is not friendly to use. Will crash on you constantly / not clear how to setup a session or tell you clearly to delete a car from your profile after the end of a lease.
When you setup the car on your profile there is NOTHING to indicate or suggest this is a lease car have it expire are X time.
They’ll charge you for a session outside your lease and when you try to dispute it / get money back. They’ll take weeks to respond and try to use their T&c’s that even tho you can provide proof the car isn’t in your care anymore that because you didn’t delete the car from your profile, the charge is still valid.
Useless customer service
Will be taking them to court.

Do not use Q-Park EVER! It is a deliberate scam!
Do not use Q-Park! Especially not in Odense (DK)!
They deliberately trap unsuspecting visitors to issue 'fines'.
We drove to Odense for a first time visit. Deliberately chose Q-Park because of our good experience elsewhere (in Netherlands and other countries).
That was a horrible mistake!
Driving into the Odense City Nord parking, under the hotel and other buildings, you do not encounter a ticket machine nor a barrier. Thus it must have automatic license plate recognition as usual, you would logically assume; also because nothing indicates anything else.
The signage inside the parking facility on the parking floor also gives you NO INDICATION that your license plate is not registered automatically, as everywhere in such a set-up.
Then, when you return to the parking facility and want to pay as usual, you get slapped with a control-fee of DKK 940 (??!!!), because you should have manually registered your car....which they never indicated.
Of course Q-Park refused my complaint, because this control-fee is part of their earning-model: a scam!
Notably the pictures of our car are of only a few minutes after we parked there, demonstrating they are waiting for this to happen, so they can earn a few DKK extra on unsuspecting visitors.
But I am not done with them yet.
I don't care about the DKK 940, as I have plenty.
It is about the principle!
I am going to make them earn nothing out of this deliberate scam. Even if I have to go to court for it, I will draw this out and cost them.
But better even: my company has a fleet of 25 cars running around the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
As of now I have forbidden to use Q-Park and anyone using Q-Park with a company car will not be refunded his parking costs.
If I see no concrete action to amend their wrongs, this will stay so.
Enjoy your 'control-fee scam' Q-Park :))
It is nothing compared to what you lose on my 25 cars not allowed to park at your facilities anymore.
And don't try to justify your actions, Q-Park, because you are pulling this scam for years now and still haven't changed the signage.
I know it won't reflect in your results, but I am satisfied you are not earning a penny ever again on my fleet.
25 cars x several times per week.
Absolute rip-off!!!
My experience with Q-Park has completely destroyed my trust in this company.
I paid for my parking through EasyPark, but because the app still contained the licence plate of my previous vehicle, Q-Park issued a 940 DKK control fee. My appeal was rejected despite the fact that parking had actually been paid for. In the end, I was charged a total of €145.82, on top of additional payment/credit-card fees.
This is not how a customer-friendly company should handle an obvious good-faith payment mistake. There was no attempt to avoid paying or to obtain free parking. The parking fee was paid — yet Q-Park chose to impose a substantial additional charge over the registration detail.
The sheer number of negative reviews on relevant review platforms should be a serious warning to potential customers. Q-Park’s reputation has, in my opinion, been severely damaged by such practices.
I will never use Q-Park again and have recommended to family and friends that they avoid Q-Park as well.
Q-Park may have collected €145.82 from me. Whether that is ultimately worth losing another customer and further damaging an already poor reputation is for Q-Park to decide.

18.09.2026: Update after Q-Park response:
At the initial stage, I understand that Q-Park has little choice but to issue a parking charge when a vehicle appears not to have a valid registration or payment associated with it.
However, when Q-Park subsequently shows no interest whatsoever in recognizing that this was merely a formal error on my part — an error that is entirely understandable, clearly explainable, and verifiable through supporting evidence — this raises serious concerns about the way such cases are handled.
In my case, the parking fee was in fact paid. The only issue was that the payment was linked to an old vehicle registration number that was still stored in the EasyPark app. This could easily have been clarified had Q-Park been willing to properly consider the evidence I provided.
The vehicle registration number in question was no longer officially registered to any vehicle at the time. This can be verified directly in the relevant vehicle register. In other words, there was no intention to avoid paying for parking; the payment was made, and the discrepancy was purely a formal one.
When a company refuses to acknowledge such a clearly documented and readily verifiable circumstance, despite the customer having genuinely paid for the parking, it is difficult not to question whether the system is being used primarily to generate additional revenue from otherwise honest customers.

Tourist trap in Aarhus near Den Gamle By
A warning for anyone visiting the Den Gamle By open-air museum in Aarhus and parking at Q-Park (Prismet): watch out!
We properly paid for our parking fee, but still received an absurd 940 DKK fine. The reason? Our car was parked about 10 cm outside the lines. What the controller completely ignored was that a car with Dutch (NL) license plates next to us had already parked over the line first, leaving us no other option if we wanted to park and safely get out of our car.
Even worse was the blatant double standard: our Czech (CZ) car got fined 940 DKK, while the Dutch car that actually caused the problem received NO ticket at all.
We submitted an official appeal with clear photo evidence showing the situation. Outcome? Absolute silence. Nobody responded, nobody cares, zero customer service.
It leaves a very bitter taste and completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice family trip to Aarhus. If you are a tourist visiting Denmark, avoid Q-Park at all costs! 👎
Less than one star Odense
Hello, It is a trap for tourists who visit Andersen museum in Odense with kids who have never seen a modern parking space where you have to “check in”. Eventhough there are cameras everywhere which detect the exact time od your arrival they would not let you pay the parking, instead you walk directly into the fine of 940 kr. For 2 hours parking. 😔Nobody will help you or explain. It was a complete disappointment not only with the parking lot but also with the whole trip. No sign or explanation in English by the entrance, no exit signs in English. No such bad experience anywhere else in Europe. We never have intended not to pay. 🤷♀️ But to be fair- explaining how to pay the fine from abroad - yea it IS finally in English, so thank you for being so thoughtful with us tourists coming to visit your country :-)

I parked in this underground car park
I parked in this underground car park. They didn't give me a ticket like all private parking companies do. I thought they'd taken my license plate with the cameras and I'd pay on my return. Instead, when I returned, I only found a fine of 940 kronor! Unclear instructions. Fining an honest person who wants to pay for parking and take advantage of people's naivety is truly awful. I found it more of a tourist trap than a service to protect a car. I'm Italian; you won't find traps like this even in Naples!

Disgusting predatory excuse of a company. We parked in a parking lot that was not clearlyarked by signa or anything. On qpark webpage this zone does NOT exist, on easypark this zone does not exist, the operators of qpark did not know about the zone. Absolutely disgusing behavior, near the parking lot we found a sign that said there is a zone - but this was on the other side of the road. The operators are rude and scammy. Every single employee. in this company should be in jail. 0 benefit for society
