The most expensive parking space I've ever had for 10 minutes! For that money, I could have rented a parking space in Aalborg for a whole week!

But apparently, this business model is spreading more and more... Austria, Germany, now Denmark too. Imagine you are lucky enough to own a parking space and then hire these questionable companies to guard it for you. And every minor violation of the – in most cases – unclear and often epic terms of use of this parking space is immediately punished with an unreasonable fine. It's a licence to print money!

Yes, ownership means that you can do whatever you want with a thing or an area and exclude others from using it. However, it borders on fraud to invite (or even lure) people to use something under unclear and not clearly visible conditions and then punish them for non-compliance.

This is really a scam. I believe that the operative is paid a bonus per fine he inflicts so they lurk in the car park and jump on any unsuspecting car for a simple lack of a parking disk (I am a tourist and had no parking disk). The Dkr910 fine is FAR more than a Helsingor Commune car park fine. Useless to appeal. They are so used to it that the legalese appeal-refusal letter comes thundering back - they must use a stack of them per day.
Company purely motivated by greed and profit and scamming the public. Rating of 1.1/5 and a very dissatisfied clientele, but I guess they don’t really care while their little money-making machine keeps extracting the cash. I have advised the Commune that they should look into the company.

Parking rules for the sake of profit especially when the poor greedy attendant is waiting that you make an honest oversight and get you under the rule in minutes with no room for discretion or humanity. I am amazed to see such unethical business are allowed in Denmark to operate...

Why isn't there minus stars for such companies?? Visiting Copenhagen on a conference I rented a car (unfortunately not told about the Parking Disc and how to use it - Had never seen this thingy before in my entire life of 43 yrs of driving in almost 30+ countries !!). Fined as it wasn't set. Negative response received to my explanation within few hours. Have to pay 795/- for parking in a free parking area for 30 minutes due to this damn disc !!! Citizens of Denmark, pl do something about it.

I hope the Danish government will somehow read this comment, and say: yes, we allow this happen.
1500 dkk for occupying a handicapped spot.

The spot has a tiny sign next to a huge coop365 poster. The ground has no painting whatsoever.

What a shame for the residents to have to deal with such companies.

They hide the signs and jump out of nowhere to fine you. Went to the shop the other day in Kastrup area, and got fined even after 5’. Went to the shop, asked about the parking, and returned to my car and there it was. Discussing - it was in the middle of nowhere. You cannot use Easy Park app

While the process to get something can be a bit annoying - with complex information and vague procedures. The results I got were very satisfactory.
Probably with a bit streamlining the the procedures, this review would easily be 5 stars. :)

The parking person hides behind these containers and is waiting for the victim to park and then he is putting the fine. It happened to many people and some of them got the fine while in the car. Be aware. The #thansen shop people can’t do anything about this, they said, “we are just renting here”

Don't hire these hell-creating people, you will get bad reputation as an establishment. I mean look at all these terrible reviews.

They are true thieves roaming around the city! Our car was within parking and still left ticket to pay 795 dkk, discussing!!!!

Motorcycle's do not by Danish law need to display a P-skive yet on arriving in an empty Thansen parking lot in Valby i was ticketed for Kr830 within 3 minutes of arriving for not having a p-skive in a 1 hour free parking lot (I spent no more than 4 minutes in the shop). they know the companies they represent give one hour free parking but will instantly prey on every customer as they arrive to see if they can suck money from them. Companies that use the vultures from UnoPark to prey on their customers need to be boycotted as they clearly have no respect for their own customers. I will be taking them to court over this and if anyone wants to make a class action case against them feel free to contact me .

Just came out of my car to set the timer from the passenger side, then boom this guy working for UnoPark was standing right in front of me taking pictures of my car. I went straight to this annoying inspector to ask him why he was doing that but he did not listen but rather continued taking series of pictures while I was calmly talking to him. At the end, he placed a parking ticket of 830 DKK on my car. I have complained and got a response that their man did the right thing. That was crazy and outrageous. How could any business or supermarkets like LIDL employ these terrorists to take care of their car park? They just terrorise the customers with threats of parking ticket without any respect to the law.

I have asked them to review the case again because my parking ticket was issued wrongfully. They forget that there is a CCTV footage of the incidence. It's pure parking terrorism. Their staff almost ran over me with his car after he took all the pictures that he wanted. Very very rude and wild.

I wrote exactly the same review on Google. This company are stealing people's money through parking fines.

They dont asnswer their phone. they say you can register your var via the app ( there is no app) and they give you a fine in your OWN building parking.
