I've been using the service for almost a year now, and it's by far the best way I've found to rent out my flat. Everything runs smoothly, and the entire process—from finding tenants to signing contracts—is handled with just a few clicks at a very reasonable cost.
What truly sets it apart, though, is the customer service. It's the best I've ever experienced. The team actually reads your questions, understands them, and replies with clear, relevant answers. Every time I've reached out, the conversation has been brief—never more than three paragraphs—and the issue has always been resolved quickly and effectively.
Five stars!

Easy to use and simple. I found a great place to live, sorted out the contract with no deposit and had no issues, all with Qasa ensuring things were above board

I found the following processes both complicated and frustrating:1)Signing the lease, which first had to be verified. 2) The deposit and monthly rent payments, because although my company made all payments on time, the landlord claimed she did not receive them.
Service , Cooperation and support is good. Only concern is reaching the support team it a bit difficult.
It was very swift and more transparent with no stress.
W have signed a contract throughout the Qasa and it took less than a minute to complete.
Good and fast customer chat support!

Terrible company that only cares about money and keeping their landlords happy.
Rented through them, gad issues right from the start with the landlord ignoring the rental agreement right until the end of the lease, and all the qasa agents dud was tell me I needed to keep paying all the bills on time and I was not allowed to end the contract early without his agreement, but he was allowed to, among other things, not pay for the utilities that were included in the rent resulting in weeks without heating in the middle of Swedish winter and weeks without hot water.
Edit following the response from Qasa: clearly shows they only cater to 1 single party, even though their contracts are signed by both the landlord and tenant, and hide behind 'law', even when the landlord is committing fraud for ex. Apparenly a breach of contract by the landlord is not something they will intervene for, because 'laws', but a breach of contract by the tenant, aka not wanting to pay rent or only reduced rent as rent should include utilities, which are not provided for by landlord, that they will intervene by letting the tenant know witholding the rent is not an option! A serious breach of contract like not having heating in winter simply because the landlord refuses to keep delivery of the needed supplies going, even though it has been paid for by the tenant, should automatically mean the tenant can terminate the lease. They also have no problems keeping ads from these landlords up on their websites, even after months of serious issues.
Only cater the landlords, care 0 about the tenants.
BEWARE!

Very very convinient from start till end.
Peace of mind for both the landlord and tenant through our the process from finding a suitsble tenant till contracting and rent collection.
Honestly all went smoothly, the payments, the contracts, the fees are annoying but it’s good to not have to put out deposit and it pays off after the renting period.
I am a client at Qasa AB and rent out my place during few month business trip for fixed term in a clause added to the contract.
Unfortunately got very bad experience.
Leasing contract with fixed term (few month as start) in a manually clause added.
1.1
Misinformation:
On QASA AB landlord’s intranet website shows that deposit is paid, betald (when logged in)
This feels good right for landlord right?
No, the tenant informed me deposit was never paid.
This was used against landlord when tenant do not perform according to contract as no risk was involved they believe
1.2
Marketing:
They market that medling service exist
Never got any medling service when needed.
1.3
Unprofessionalism: (my experience)
Qasa claim of delgivning when it was sent to wrong address, sent to the guest own leasing address
Landlord told the guest and showed air ticket where he will be, date of departure and destination as well as in written text. Just few days later after leaving, tenant sent physical letter to the tenant's OWN LEASING ADDRESS, for early termination of the fixed lease and Qasa AB claims that landlord was delgiven the same day as letter was sent even when the address sent was to the guest self...
It was sent out on Friday 21 Feb
Landlord of course never received it in February as it was sent obviously to the guest own leasing place. However landlord received and opened e-link on Saturday March 1st. The letter said that tenant wish to move out end of same month in March and want landlord to accept and sign. Of course refused.
Qasa on behalf of landlord accepted in online chatbot with tenant this in just few seconds as standard answer, without asking the landlord or reading the whole contract all clauses manually added, and even before this information was informed to the landlord. (I have not given Qasa fullmakt to act on my behalf)
1.4
Customer service:
Tenant did not perform according to clauses added for rental reduction after move in.
Qasa do not care or help with medling.
1.5
No phone could be found online to Qasa AB in case of emergent needs
Ignorant:
During my business trip my hotel concierge sent Qasa AB to Folkkungagatan 44 Stockholm a physical letter from my hotel for a call back, but this company Qasa never called me back and replied to my physical letter.
Anyone the same experience here? 1 star
This is not even close to international standard compared to many other related companies back in the United States. I believe Samtrygg is better.
Sincerely
Client at Qasa AB

It was quite a simple step to write a rental contract with my new tenant.
It appears that you have added the option to co-sign a rental contract, which was previously missing - well done!
Now, if I could only add my bank account details, which I currently cannot do but I guess that you are still working on that option.
