Absolutely terrible support - they'll pass you around and drain your cash with VAT
I have been extremely disappointed with Qashio. Their support is practically non-existent - when you actually need help, no one seems to take any responsibility whatsoever. You get passed from person to person with no resolution in sight.
To make matters worse, they are now redirecting UK and EU customers to their partner "Poodle." This means every single transaction gets hit with VAT charges, which will absolutely hammer your cash flow. It's completely unsustainable for any business that needs to make regular transactions.
If you're in the UK or the EU, do yourself a huge favour and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other expense management platforms out there that actually provide proper support and don't nickel-and-dime you on every transaction. Save your time, money, and sanity - stay well away from Qashio.
