Would Never rely on them or recommend them

At first they seemed responsive and helpful to get an end of tenancy clean in for me. I gave one month notice. Due to one property not being ready they agreed to only do the other property and an appointment was booked. Last minute they cancelled on me due to a family bereavement (which of course I expressed condolences for) leaving me short notice without being able to get a cleaner for the new holiday renters (I lost these renters as a result) but they didn't even have the professionalism to reply with a new date or an alternative cleaner. Two weeks later they have still not bothered to respond. Having been in the service industry and experiencing loss myself, I always had the professionalism to reply or offer a solution ( I even continued work and never let a customer down) so was extremely disappointed and would never recommend them or use them again.
