A complete refund will be fully issued due to the situation, and the mattress topper is not required to return.
I sincerely appreciate the effort Qbedding is made to help me as an interested customer.

I am honestly very disappointed with the return policy. Recently I bought a Mahjong mattress topper for $150. I had so much hope for its cooling feature. However I had to return it after 20 days of usage because my partner had moderate allergy and skin condition to it.

Although under 30 days warranty, I was only offered with 50% refund and out of pocket shipping (estimate $20？）.
What I felt disappointed about is that, there is no way for me or my partner to know about the skin reaction or allergy before I used it. And now, I could only get around $50 back.

It’s a price that I paid to know this brand. And I would not recommend this to any friends or family. Please be aware of that you will receive a full refund if there is NO USE, NO WASH, and WO open any machine sealed package.

Read the instruction before you buy anything, if there's something wrong in the future with the purchase, it's not Q-bedding's fault, it's all your responsibility.

I went to Qbedding to purchase a car seat cover for my son's car on Sept 08,2018. I returned the same merchandise back to Qbedding with the original store tag, unused and unopened on Sept 12,2018 at 1:37pm (within 7 days). The salesladies refused to accept my return. She claimed all sales are final. She also emphasized that she stamped the "all sales are final" on the back of my receipt. I honestly don't remember seeing such receipt. I asked to see their store return policy. She can't show me anything. She just said, that is what the manager told her to do. I asked for their names. They refused to give it to me. I tried to take a picture with them and the car seat cover on the cash register to proof that I returned the merchandise. They just run away. Since we both can't agree with each others. I just left the merchandise on the cash register counter and left.

If a merchant has an" All Sales Final policy", it must be in a clear and conspicuous place in a storefront or website. Placing the limitation on receipts or invoices is not conspicuous enough, especially since customers will not see the prohibition until after their purchase. Common practices include large signs posted at cash registers or if on a website, larger and more colorful fonts to bring attention to the issue. I also checked their return policy on their website. On their website clearly displacing a 30 days full refund policy. I believed in California, merchant needs to honor both store and website return policy as same.

After I disputed this charges with my credit card company. Qbedding and their associates told my credit card company that I never returned the merchandise. If their integrity is worth less than $45.00 and need to lie about that. I have nothing to say.

Well made, super soft and very comfortable to sleep under! I have searched for a soft blanket and have been disappointed in every one. Not the case with QBedding blankets! I have 2 of them now and intend to tell anyone who will listen just how amazingly soft and comfortable they are! To say I love them is an understatement!

I bought a sheet and a duet cover which are supposed to be 100% cotton... However I found it's hard and even less comfortable than my old non-cotton sheet. I would expect cotton to be soft and comfortable. So I don't know... Is it truly cotton or not ? I am not an expert of distinguish the material, but it's not comfortable, at least for now, hope it will become soft after sometime.

Searched carefully and it paid off--found these fabulous light-weight comforters from Qbedding and they are just perfect! Most others are too puffy, too thick, or too heavy. These are just right and also lovely and soft.

It feels good, soft and cool.But it has the smell of plastic. I had to leave this outdoors for two days before I can use it.

I got five buckwheat pillows and one bamboo seat mat. All are of good quality!
